M/L Decorative stamped concrete applying with colour hardner and floating the surface with different types of floaters than after applying release agent and stamping the pigmented concrete with proper curing and than after cutting the stamped concrete while concrete is green ,including cleaning the surface with water jet ,after drying application of PU acrylic based sealer for finishing complete all as specified and directed .Pattern of stamped concrete shall be decided by EIC/GE.

M & L applying two coat of acrylic emulsion weather coat/Apex paint over one coat of cement primer with preparation to the existing exterior old plastered surface including cornices etc complete and as specified.with complete removel of existing treatment (i.e. white wash,colour wash ,cement base paint,synthetic enamel paint etc.) from wall surface.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion along with wall putty complete all as specified.

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for scraping, cleaning of walls, pillars of Max 25 feets heights surrounding of building etc crapping all dirt's dust, rust from roofs, walls, pillars of building etc and then apply with two coats of mosquito/bees repelling paint even and smooth over existing decorated surface all complete as directed by engr-in-charge. Removal of bio-degradable bee-hives wild growths from buildings ie one storey to three storey complete including wild bees with suitable application and applying a coat of alergent for keeping away or return of bee-hives (All the bee-hives on the building structure shall be removed and cleared) Note The removal of bee/hives shall be carried out with total precaution so that wild bees do not get the time and opportunity to attack the public in the locality.
