INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND ADDN/ALTN TO NO 1 AIRMEN MESS E/M PORTION

S&F LED bulb, 09 / 10 watt complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F energy saving box type LED tube light fitting 1 X 20 watt, 230 volts surface mounted complete, prewired including providing flexible copper wire, three core cable PVC insulated sheathed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing LED Building security light fitting 45 watt, high pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP66 protection comlete and connection with suitable cable from ceiling rose to light fitting and fixing on GI pipe bracket made out of suitable dia GI pipe light grade 25mm dia 1.2mtr long bent to shape and fixed on wall with flat iron clamps, nut, bolts washer etc all as specified and directed.

S&F of study lamp 6 watt LED fitting including LED 06 watt lamp and fixing on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep with service value 6.00 BEE with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) including PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible 3core 0.5 sqmm copper conductor cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing metal body exhaust fan of size 300 mm sweep with louvers, 900 RPM 230 volts single phase AC supply complete with, bolt, nuts and washers and including PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible 3core 0.5 sqmm copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for giving connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stepped type electronic fan regulator 100 W one module 230 Volts, suitable for 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosures Vertical type double door (VTPN) MCCB incomer, with metal Door , cement spill protector for MCCB Triple pole and neutral, 4 ways, IP-43 protection, with 100 Amps rated bus bar, 415 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volt, C curve fixed type 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F SP 0.5 to 5 Amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Switch piano flush button type 6 amps single pole two way, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing metal body exhaust fan of size 380 mm sweep with louvers, 1400 RPM 230 volts single phase AC supply complete with, bolt, nuts and washers and including PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible 3core 0.5 sqmm copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for giving connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix TV socket communication with accessories, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing telephone communcation socket with accessories model no. RJ 45 cat 6E data outlet shuttered, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down MCB DB TPN/SPN and load line of any make and type including all electrical connections from MCBs/MCCB / isolators and making good the disturbed surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

AIR CONDITIONING & REF ( DESERT COOLER AND WATER COOLER )

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Desert cooler electric driven (Single phase) having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 Cum per hour, 230 volts, 1350 RPM, multi speed control and water tank made out of GI sheet 1mm thick of capacity 80 ltrs confirming to IS 3315 amended upto date, galvanised iron spray painted body with necessary fixing arrangement complete with all necessary electrcal connection and required fixing arrengements all as specified and directed.

S & F voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage at 230V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 1 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

ROAD, PATH AND CULVERT

M & L for providing and marking broken centre / side lines / Zebra lines /dashes, arrows etc on road pavement and the like of any description and width with thermoplastic paint hot applied with machine conforming to BS -3265 and according to the specification laid down by IRC and MOST (Ministry of srface transport) specification (5th revision) complete all as specified and directed.

SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Solar Hot Water Heating System (Flat plate collector) based on indirect transfer of heat of capacity 200 Ltrs per day including backup electric system with heating element of suitable capacity, thermostatic switch, electric connection etc with and including complete civil work and MS work for staging for solar panel and hot water tank, all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Rates includes the cost of backup stainless steel hot water tank (insulated) but does not include cost of cold water tank , cold water piping and hot water piping. (ii) The solar heat water system shall be procured from any of the approved manufacturers of MNRE. (iii) The solar heat water system shall be installed through manufacturer only. (iv) Testing shall be done as per MNRE standards. (v) The manufacturer shall give 5 years written guarantee for the system and the same shall be submitted to the GE by the contractor.

Supply and fixing of brass non return valve of size 20mm bore ISI marked includding cutting of pipes and insertion complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fixing MCB distribution board double door with sheet metal enclosures powder coated single pole & neutral 2 way fixed concealed in wall and all necessary electrcal connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 60x60x60cm internal dimensions including mild steel sheet cover 3mm thick over angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, locking & fixing arrangement and brick work and all inner sides of pit shall be plastered cement mortar (1:4) and including foundation concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using stone aggregate, excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil within 50 metre and cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-O as in coping etc. for sluice valve complete all as shown on drawing and as specified.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply and fixing security LED light in versatile pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame IP 66 protection road way luminaire with high power LED of 45 Watts capacity including fixing arrangement clamps, bolts, nuts and brackets etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 4 Pole MCCB 200 Amps , 50 Hz, 415 Volts with rupturing capacity 35 KA fixed on existing panel or Bldg with suitable sheet metal enclosure with necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning for cable protection with fine river sand, a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying and 15cm thick after laying the cable and punned upto 18cm thickness complete all as specified and directed. Note; Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

ADDN/ALTN TO NO 1 AIRMEN MESS B/R PORTION

Supply and fixing window 1.25mm thick box type (primer coated) ERW hollow P section of size 60mm x 25mm single rebated comprises gauged skeleton shutter ERW section 50mm x 20mm and 1mm thick with two openable leaf consisting two Nos sash bars of T-section of size 60mm x 25mm and 1.25mm thick incl cutting holes and making good dismantled portion with PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 four Nos for each window) fabrication & fixing arrangement as per Drg No CEAF/STD-172/07, complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in charge including following fittings welded to frame shutter :- (a) Holdfast, 150mm long of 12mm x 3mm made to shape-04 Nos per window. (b) Handle of z section 20mm x 25mm, 100mm long 01 Nos per leaf (c) MS tower bolt 150mm long 2 Nos per leaf (d) 'Z'section 20mm x 25mm, 100mm long stopper -01 Nos per leaf (f) MS pintal hinges of size 75mm x 12mm -2 Nos per leaf Note:- Wire mesh and painting shall be measured & paid for separately under appropriate items.
