M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of any description and applying one coat of cement base paint with necessary scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and directed Note: The contractor shall clean the window panes including splashes of paint etc and the quoted rate is deemed to be included for the same.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces on walls, preparation for distermpering and applying two coat of oilbound distemper over a coat of primer including stopping of nails holes, cracks etc patch repair with putty where required etc complete all as specified and directed
