Bidder’s Quoted prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties except GST (i.e. IGST or CGST and SGST/UTGST applicable in case of interstate supply or intrastate supply respectively) which shall be quoted extra. Bidder to indicate applicable rate of GST in COL.1(C) above.

GST as quoted by Bidder in Sl.No.1(C) above shall be deemed as final & binding for the purpose of bid evaluation. Bidder to refer clause no.13.13 of Section-III of Bidding Document.

Bidder to quote % Rate of GST in Price Bid only. However, in the unpiced copy of Price Bid, Bidder shall indicate "Quoted/Not Quoted" only without indicating the % rate of GST.

Bidders shall quote their prices considering Project rate of import duty for import content as included in their prices.

Un-priced copy shall be furnished exactly duplicate of price schedule duly indicating rate of duties except for CIF value.

The CIF Value(s) indicated by the vendor shall be deemed to be the maximum value(s) for the purpose of payment of variation in Basic Custom Duty, Customs Education Cess. and Social WelfareSurcharge.

Bidders shall quote their prices considering project rate (@ 7.5%) of import duty for import content as included in their prices. The evaluation shall be carried out based on quoted project rate of import duty as included in prices. Subsequently if GAIL will be unable to provide Essentiality Certificate to successful (L-1) bidder for availing project rate of import duty, then variation in import duty between project rate as quoted by bidder and merit rate shall be paid by GAIL on submission of documentary evidence.
