Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed.

Dismantling of AC Corrugated or semi corrugated sheet etc any thickness including ridges as in roof covering and stacking at site where directed and removal of debris to a outside MOD land and depositing where directed complete all as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails and stacking at site where directed for Credit.

Dismantling of tile wooden battens as in tiles of any size including tiling fillets exe 15 cm spacing complete and stacking where directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings 40 Sq cm and over in section in any position unframed work and stacking at site where directed complete.

Dismantling single layer mangalore pattern roof tiles including ridges laid and set in cement mortar complete all as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board fibre, uplp insulation etc or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling inluding cement mortar bedding (but not backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

M&L for Type B0 1:2:4 (12.50 mm graded aggregate) providing cement concrete as in Padding over roof / chajja finished even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L factory made pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked) of Make : CICO, Acco Proof, Impermo, Aqua flex as approved.

M&L Second class hard wood well seasoned wooden scantling clean sawn framed & fixed to walls with screws complete all as directed.

S & F for 8 mm thick Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) size complete all as specified.

S&F for 10 mm thick PVC insulaion panels with EPS stuck to 1 mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium /GI / MS as ordered complete all as directed.

S&F for Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as ordered complete all as directed.

Material and labour for removal of existing WPT course or any other kind of treatment surface over roof slab and cleaning of surface with wire brushes and water removing of unsolvent materials and depositing of the same outside MoD land and provide 10 mm thick screed bed/ bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer instructions, including finishing the surface fair and even on RCC roof/ parapet once bedding layer of concrete is completely dried and apply oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm including minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded as per detailed procedure as directed, apply a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 grade over the membrance @1.2 Kg/Sqm and finally finished the top surface with solar reflective bituminious aluminium @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of taking down & removal of debris , 15 mm thick 1:3 screed & complete APP treatment. (ii) WPC will be paid seperately (iii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and a written guarantee for work shall be submitted by the manufacturer for the effectiveness of WPT (iv) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface.

M & L for roof surface must be pressure-washed with water with, is to be used to and/ or remove all dirt, dust, chalking and waste products. Remove algae, mold by using bleach solution. 2 tiles joint repair all visible and joint more than 0.50mm and not giving hollow sound, on the tiles roof or at the junctions of flat roof & vertical parapet wall, pipe joints, should be cut and widen v shape with mechanical cutter in the size (6mm W x 6mm D) and fill with Dr. Fixit PMM methodology.Glass fiber apply Dr Fixit URP or Primeseal A on the well prepared groove, allow to cure tack free. Followed by filling all the joints covering the entire area uniformly with suitable chemical. Allow chemical to cure a minimum 24 hours. Apply minimum 50mm-100mm width 45 GMS glass Fibre mesh/ non-woven geo testile fleece with the coat of Dr Fixit Roofseal classic along the length of crack when the 1st coat is still in wet condition. Apply the second coat with an interval if 4-6 hours. Waterproofing: Apply a coat of Dr Fixit Roofseal classic (diluted with water in the ratio 2:1) as Self Priming 14.0-18.0 Sq. mt/litre.Allow coating to dry for 3-4 hours. Applt two coats of Dr Fixit Roofseal classic/litre/coat, without, the rate of application being the same for both the coats. This would ensure correct consumption of material that will deliver a total of DFT of microns. Allow the system to air cure for 5 days minimum. Check to see no void surface is left untreated/uncoated. The material having following technical specification as per ASTM D 6083 M- type II, Attains a Tensile strength of 2.5 N/mm2 confirming to ASTM D 2370: Elongation at break > 300% confirming ASTM D 2370, Adhesion to Concrete 2.0N/mm2 Confirming ASTM D 4541 and crack bridging ability up to 2mm, air cure the coating for 7 days before water pound test for 48 Hrs. The system comes with 7 year waterproofing warranty from service provider. For vertical surface : Apply 2 coat of Dr Fixit Roofseal classic with forced coverage of /litre/coat. Entire terrace should be coated with roofseal classic alongwith parapet walls needs to be enveloped with roofseal classic/Raincoat system. The total 3 coats treatment

S&F Bitumen blown any grade, applied hot, two coats, to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.5kg/Sqm per coat to sunken floor surface complete all as specified & directed

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified & directed

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI plain sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or L type or J type or cranked hook bolts or as per manufacture instruction all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with self tapping screws and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified & as directed

M&L for Mangalore pattern roof tiles interlocking at side joints laid dry including cutting holes through tiling for pipes and making good the disturbed surface to its original specification complete all as directed.

M&L for Ridges or hip tiles to suit Manglore pattern roofing tiles bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1 : 6 complete all as directed.

Cutting/chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of columns, beams, facias, slabs, Chajjas & cartilevers etc., and trimming cleaning the surfaces of any thickness as ordered and applying epoxy treatment for bonding old demolished concrete surfaces incl application of one coat of notozinc primer to the exposed reinforcement and over plastering in CM 1:4 average 20mm thick finishied even and smooth without using extra cement to level the surface etc incl necessary scafolding as required at site and where required complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on internal concrete surface mixed with WPC @ the weight of minimum 3% by weight of cement mixed or as per manufacturer instruction , and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work/stone work or concrete surface finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

All as per item No 32 here-in-above but 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling,chajja,roof projection etc.

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceilings after necessary preparation of surface complete all as directed.

Taking down old 20 mm bore GI tubing and connection from Bldg after necessary disconnection & S&F new CPVC pipe SDR II having outer dia 20 mm pipe with plain CPVC SDR II fitting such as bends, elbows, unions and end pieces to receive the fittings and fixed with solvent cement in walls/ceilings (concealed/surface) or laying in floors in same or different locationas ordered making necessary connection & testing complete to thhe satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified

Taking down old 25 mm bore GI tubing and connection from Bldg after necessary disconnection & S&F new CPVC pipe SDR II having outer dia 25 mm pipe with plain CPVC SDR II fitting such as bends, elbows, unions and end pieces to receive the fittings and fixed with solvent cement in walls/ceilings (concealed/surface) or laying in floors in same or different locationas ordered making necessary connection & testing complete to thhe satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified
