In case of downtime, payment will be deducted for those periods on per minute basis.

Ready to extend the constract for one year or part thereof, if required by the university (maximum 2 years)

Proof of Financial standing such as statement of last 3 years (i) Profit and loss Account (ii) Balance sheet (iii) Auditor report.

Proof from bidder e.g. Bill/Inspection Report/CRAC report etc. alongwith work order having sucessfully delivered of similar goods/Items of value of 100% of the estimated value in the last three financial years. OR Satisfactory delivery of similar goods/items of value not less than 50% of estimated value as a single order in the last three finanical years.

Proof of Bidder having Minimum Annual turnover of 03 times of the estimated value during atleast in last three financial year.

The tender should clearly indicate the different component of total charges Recurring (annual) and non-recurring (one time) including bandwidth, equipment supplied.

Payment will be made on quarterly basis, payment of last quarter has to be paid after completion.

The Financial Bid will be opened only for those bidders whose Technical Bid is found complete and confirm the above eligibility criteria.

If any need arises to verify the scan copies from original then the same will be produced by the Bidder before the opening of Financial Bid failing which his bid will be rejected.

Any condition/ documents of regarding rates attached with technical bid shall not be accepted.

Services to be started for 300 MBPS lease line from 1st April 2026 and for 200 MBPS lease line from 1st May 2026 onwards for one year.

Initially contract period will be for one year and can be extended for one more year or part thereof on the same rates as quoted in financial bid , if required by the university (maximum for 2 years)

The Work is to be done on TURNKEY Basis.

The two different lease lines will be taken from two different vendors. The procedure will be followed that if any firm who provides 300 MBPS lease line for MRSPTU Main Campus is declared L1 and the same firm is declared L1 also for 200 MBPS lease line for GZSCCET Campus, then the L2 firm be asked to provide the 200 MBPS Lease Line services on the same rates quoted by the L1 firm in Financial Bid. If L2 firm denies then L3 firm be asked for the same and so on.

In case something is "Not applicable" please mention the justification clearly.

In case of downtime, payment will be deducted for those periods on per minute basis.

Billing quarter will start after the successful inspection.

In case of non-fulfillment of any of the above information/document (s), the Tender will be summarily rejected without giving any notice.
