Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc. using mild steel sheets of size 1200cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals. MS Channel Section (ISMC 100) shall be provided as a vertical support @1.20m C/C and with Lateral support of Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) & steel pipes of 20mm dia @ required level/spacing etc. complete complying with standard specifcation and as directed by the departmental officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement, Six sand) using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally. other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

For Second Floor super structure:-

Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately)

For Second Floor super structure:-

Clean Surface thoroughly with water and remove any loose plaster, flacks, fungus growth etc, from the toilet floor slab and toilet sunken portion by suitable mechanical means like scrapping or wire brushing and wash with adequate water to get an absolutely cleaned surface to take on further treatment. Gal-Tech Multiproof-AD SB modified polymer with cement and fine sand mix ratio 1:2:4 is used to full the grooves, pores, wall to floor joints and surface crakes. Over that Gal-Tech C.T. Epoxy virgin Solvent Free Anticorrosive two packs Resin and Hardener 1:1 mix ratio. The resin and hardener should be mixed thoroughly using a hand held mixer either mechanically or manually. The prepared mixer is then applied as a base coat with uniform application on to the surface it is then impregnated with Gal-Tech GC-110F, impregnation process is done using one coat of Gal-Tech C.T. Epoxy. After touch dry condition is achieved one more coat of Gal-Tech C.T. Epoxy is given uniformly it is again impregnated with Gal-Tech GC-110F over that two coats of Gal-Tech C.T. Epoxy is given as a final finish. Joint less lining system is achieved and now sand is sprinkled on to the finished surface uniformly to get a rough profile to take on further civil works. This system is self-cure after 48 hours civil works can be commenced. This is a solvent free high strength double reinforced system.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230x230x16 to 18mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel grills for windows, ventilators etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Laying and fixing of RCC precast slab with 50mm thickness in cement concrete 1:2:4 (one of cement, two of sand and four of aggregate) using 20mm thick hard broken stone jelly and river sand including the cost of reinforcement grills and fabrication charges, but including moulding, curing, finishing charges and fixing in position neatly complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Brick Jelly Lime Concrete 1:2:5 using 20mm brick jelly in Lime Mortar 1:2 using limestone and sand 10 cu.m. (for Non-Structural works only)

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. - Mixing by manual means

Paving the floor with best quality vitrified Tiles of 800x800x10mm size and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with ceramic tiles of 305x305x8mm size and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, Design colour glazed tiles of size 300x600x10mm conforming to IS 15622 in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing and fixing wall corners beeding with new wall corner beeding of approved quality and brand including labour charges for fixing in position etc,complete.as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Granite slabs (super fine polished with machine cut edges )Jet black and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Dadooing the walls with Special shade Granite Vertical slab for an average thickness of 18mm to 20mm thick for Vertical surface over a base layer in CM 1:2 (One cement and two sand) 10mm thick and pointing with same cement mortar as directed and Agmi, Aroldite and POP paste are used for fixing the granite slab in position wherever necessary. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour charges for Chipping the masonny / RCC to the required depth and laying the granite slab, finishing the wall faces to perfect geometry and wastage of material etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. The quality and colour of granite slab, should be got approved by the Executive Engineers before use on works.

Providing Double Curve Nosing to Granite Slab at the edges of the face with neat finishing etc., complete with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. This cost including hire charges for all machineries and all labour charges etc., complete.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc. complete.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase near wet riser using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93.00mm thick Stainless Steel circular base plate of 304 Grade. The rate shall included for grouting into concrete with necessary supporting arrangements the hand rail in floor polishing buffing, bonding, cutting, grinding, conveyance, welding charges, electrical charges, etc. complete.
