Taking down carefully the existing aluminium point wiring of any size and capacity and type by disconnecting from the either terminals complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets,ceiling rose, regulators and light fittings any type etc by unscrewing and taken away from site complete. Note :cost of unserviceable materials will be handed over and charged from the contractor against schedule of credit.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal Area)PVC insulated un sheathed multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, with non metalic rigid PVC medium duty conduit with accessories such as junction boxes, bends, tees etc. of suitable size including sunk cast iron or pressed steel terminal box for mounting switches, sockets fan regulators etc and 3 mm thick laminated sheet top cover including continuous earth wire PVC insulated 1.00 Sq mm copper stranded conductor, 1100 Volts grade, connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified for the following :- (a) For one light point controlled by one switch

(b) For one buzzer point controlled by one switch

(c) For one fan point controlled by one switch through regulator

(d) For one light point controlled by two 2 -way switches.

(e) For one three pin socket out let 5 amps on independent board complete.

(f) For one three pin socket out let 5 amps on same board complete.

All as per item No 2.05 here in before but with cable 4.0 sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper wire unsheathed for one 3 pin socket out let 15 amps on independent board including continuous earth wire PVC insulated 4 sqmm copper stranded conductor, connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete.

Note : The accessories such as bearing and capacitor will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any make/model/sweep including removal of existing burnt winding carefully from slots, cleaning the slots throughly with suitable cleaning agent, applying slot insulation and rewinding with super enamelled copper conductor of same gauge/same number of turns as that of existing and connecting the coil suitable to operate on 230 V, single phase, AC supply, permanent capacitor type, tapping the winding and air drying the winding throughly all as specified and directed.
