M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-floors, sub-base, floors and paving , finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor and finish even and smooth with using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expended metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick and 38mm wide in floor and making square or rectangule for casting concrete flooring.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Dismantling of floor hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable like to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry @3kg/Sqm mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar ( 1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 14-16mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar ( 1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X 300X 6-7mm thick such as skirting dado, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shed of tile including laid over 10mm thick backing layer of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Sch 'A' Part-II E/M work:- Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc
