Operation and Comprehensive maintenance of various Electro-mechanical services as per details & inventory given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff to keep all the services operational up to the required standards etc. as per specification. The services are :- 1. Package AC Units 2. Ductable AC Units 3. Window AC Units 4. Electrical Installation & fans i/c. Electrical Panels etc. Staff Required ( Must be less than 55 Years age) Round the Clock General /Shift duty Skilled Un- skilled Skilled Un-Skilled 1 No. 0 No. 0 No. 0 No. NOTE: - This is tentative list, however it is the responsibility of the agency to operate and maintain various services such as room temperature etc. as & when required even during odd / night hours as per requirements of BSNL & if any additional labour is required the same is to be provided at no extra cost.

Supplying and installation of EU-2 washable coarse filter having efficiency 90% down to 20 microns filters (test certificate of filters to be supplied)suitable for AC Package / ductable AC units etc. complete as per manufacturer requirement.

Supplying and installation of Synthetic woven washable EU-3 filters with extruded anodized aluminum frame having an efficiency of 95% down to 5 microns (test certificate of filters to be supplied) in the plenum for total supply air. The media shall be supported with HDPE mesh on one side and aluminum mesh on other side.

Making arrangement for the Measurement & Testing of earth resistance of the existing earthing system etc. complete as required.

Providing two coats of paint of the approved make & color i/c removing dust, grease, rust, cleaning the surface with abbrassive material etc. complete as required.

Note:- 1. The Agency has to submit police verification record & ID proof of each operator. 2. The firm shall provide each operator with working cell phone. 3. The operators may be deputed for duty as per instruction of concerned SDE (E)/JTO (E). 4. Penalty shall be imposed in case of absence of any operator as per T & C of contract. 5. The GST / other Input Tax Credit (ITC) taxes shall be quoted by the firm as applicable as per latest amendments of GST Rules. 6. The contractor shall provide correct tariff heads & other details to enable BSNL claim Input Tax Credit. 7. Servicing Scrap items will be credited to the firm. The rate may be quoted accordingly. 8. Bidder must mandatorily quote for all GST components (CGST, SGST, and IGST) as required. 9. If annual maintenance contract charges are required to be quoted as per SOW, basic charges should be shown in column 4 & the Goods and Service Tax (GST) in column 7 to 12. 10. The bidder who submits the offer with concessional Goods and Service Tax (GST) shall submit the proof of applicable concessional GST. In case the Concessional GST is not creditable to BSNL it should be included in the price of the goods/services. 11. In case, dealer is registered under compounding scheme or any rule/notification where the BSNL is not eligible for input tax credit then the bidder should not disclose any amount in column 7 to12 & 14. 12. % age Rate of FF & Packing should be shown of basic unit price excluding all taxes & charges (i.e. as %age of col.4). 13. The FF & packing amount quoted shall not be subject to change after bid evaluation /ordering on account of change of copper, lead base price, change in duties & taxes of item etc. 14. Bidder must mandatorily mention HSN & SAC numbers. 15. Evaluation of bids: - The evaluation and comparison of responsive bids shall be done on the basis of Net cost to BSNL on the prices of the goods & Services (i.e. complete work) offered along with all applicable Taxes, packing Forwarding Freight & Insurance charges etc. exclusive of GST. Declaration by Bidder 1. We hereby declare that in quoting the above prices, we have taken into account the entire credit on inputs available under the GST Act introduced w.e.f. 1 July 2017 and further extended on more items till date. 2.
