C/o RCC framed structure towers of Hospital Building i/c Basement Parking , Podium i/c architectural planning, structural design and planning & designing of services by incorporating stipulated specifications, i/c MOT(SS) with integration, MGPS, PTS, Nurse Call Systemand statutory provisions requirement with E&M(Internal electrical Installations, Power, Telephone, CCTV, LAN, Occupancy Sensor, EPBAX, Access Control System, Lightening Arrestor LV,Plumbing (Internal water supply and sanitary installations), Fire Fighting, Automatic Addressable fire alarm system, HVAC, BMS, and Mechanical Works, Lifts/Escalators, Helipad, Signages internal, sewerage and drainage pumps, overhead water tank, watercooler, RO, Solar water Heating, Solar Power Generation, Boom Barrier, Queue Management System with Digital Display Unit, UPS etc and building the same and handover as per scope of work of NIT complete as per directions of Engineer- In-Charge.

Development of whole site premises, Infrastructure civil facilities of the project required as per scope of work i/c architectural planning, designing of services as per stipulated specifications and drawings attached complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, which includes (a) Levelling ,Roads, path ways, Boundary wall & Gates, Effluent Treatment Plant, Sewerage Treatment Plan, Water Treatment Plant, water-supply system, sewerage system, solid waste management system, open parking space, drainage system & Rain water Harvesting system, Tube well, Underground water tank, External service connection civil,Sky walk, Vertical Garden External Signages etc. (b) Landscaping, Avenues, Round-about, Service Berms and Horticulture works.

Development of whole premises, Infrastructure electrical facilities of the project required as per scope of work i/c architectural planning, designing of services as per stipulated specifications and drawings attached complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, which includes: (a) Street lighting, water body with lighting etc. as per scope of work and specification. (b) SITC of Electric Sub-Stations and its piping, Electrical HT/LT cabling between substation blocks and from sub stations to buildings i/c HT ring main system. (c) SITC of HVAC Plant room i/c chilled water piping network from HVAC plant room to various buildings, external fire, water, waste water, solid waste management. (d) SITC of DG Sets complete with all accessories. (e) SITC of Transformers complete with all accessories. (f) SITC of HT Panels, LT Panels, Capacitor Panels and Sandwich Bus Ducts complete in all respect, HT & LT Cabling work, External service connection Electrical, Pumps& Pipeline network, SCADA & BMS complete in all respects as per scope of work and direction of Engineer- In-Charge.
