Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in concrete,brick work,masonary etc. any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/ loose soil including removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. ,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5cm long and 5 to 10 mm dia. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation newly steel or iron surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length., bent to shape required, hooking ends and bindings with and includin mild steel wire (anncaled) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe-290) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of any type fencing, chain link or barbed wire fencing & wire mesh etc. complete all as specified and directed

Supply only GI Chain link fencing, any dia, any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weigth of chain link fancing shall be ascertained through BOO ordered by Accepting officer.

Fixing only GI chain link fencing of any dia, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.incl provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed fixed in repair with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed fixed in repair (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete Type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded agregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers apex stones, bed plates kerbs not provided for in item complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast louvres and jallies, in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 0 using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate set in CM 1:6, 40 mm thick (measured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame including dismantling old cement concrete jalli complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork (except brick) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in built in CM 1:6 using old bricks obtained from demolition complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick work in CM 1:6, finishing surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of any tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Site clearance incl clearance of shrubs, vegetation, grass, bush, weed and rubbish/useless materials disposed off upto a distance 50m outside the periphery of the area.
