Dismantling and removing of CB Brick / Stone masonary in C.M/ L.M upto 3.0m hight including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the derbies within 50m lead including cost, conveyance, of all materials with all labour and T&P,Cess required for the work etc. complete in all floors as per standard specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in hard soil including dressing of sides and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site within initial lead & lifts etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with sand, laying in layers, well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour and T&P,Cess etc. complete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size crushed stone granite aggregates including laying in layers, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P,Cess etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in –charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in foundation with cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure using fly ash bricks of “23cmx11cmx8cm" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg. Per Sq. Cm. including immersing in water till saturation before use, Including splays cutting, circular molding, chamfering and corbelling and all similar type of operations with all necessary projections watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royalty and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling of surplus excavated earth at work site by initial lead of 50m and initial lift 1.5m including cost of all labour, T&P,Cess and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C. work of M.20 using 20 mm & down graded size crushed stone granite aggregates including hoisting lowering, laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators, watering, curing and necessary centring & shuttering for smoth finishing of work excluding steel reinforcement work including cost, conveyance, royalty and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials with all labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
