Material and labour for servicing of DG set 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA by draining out engine oil, removing oil filter, replace with new one and refill the engine oil, Clean Fuel Feed Pump, replace primary and secondary fuel filter along with 'O'-Ring, replace paper type air filter and safety cartrige, Replace air cleaner oil bathe type, Check Alignment of exhaust system, Check belt tension and tighten or loosen belt tension as per requirement, Blow compressed air with the help of blower on radiator fins to clean it, Check all the clips and tighten if required, Clean Battery terminals with cotton clothe, Apply acid proof grease or petroleum jelly on battery terminals, Check electrolyte level of battery and top up distilled water if electrolyte level is low, Check electrical connection of starter and tighten if required check belt tension on charging alternator and adjust if required. Check output voltage of charging alternator. Tighten all the foundation nuts and bolts if required, check LLOP and HWT with multimeter, Check stopper and adjust tightness of link wire if required check tightness of wiring connection and adjust accordingly, Remove RWL clean it check with multimeter and refit it, Clean body of generator from inside and outside properly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for Item No: 1.00 1) Quoted rate include cost of oil filters, fuel filters and air filters. 2) Quoted rate inclue labour and transport charges. 3) Cleaning Clothes required is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 4) Engine oil, distilled water, LLOP and HWT shall be measured seperately.

Material and labour for calibration of wiring of engine safety control systems from control panel to engine control gadgets like high water temperature & low oil pressure and shut down valve, battery charger 12V, self starters etc. for 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA DG Set and repair all the safety features, complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

All asper item No 5 but DG set 50 KVA to 100 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All asper item No 5 but DG set 125 KVA to 250 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for repair and calibration of DG Set governor mechanism as per calibration procedure and norms for 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA DG Set installation and testing of the same after completion, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for in replacement of auto voltage regulator complete with wire connection and connecting to existing field coil 12/24 Volt DC for cap of 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 14 but DG set 50 to 100 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for taking out radiator assembly from existing DG set ( 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA ) and repair to radiator tank, cleaning complete with anti corrosion chemical C-cleaner/radiwash cleaner and fixing/making radiator leakage proof complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 18 but DG set 50 KVA to 100 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out carefully defective water pump assembly 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA DG Set and opening into parts cleaning servicing and drying up the spares and sort out the damaged/defective parts and re-fixing the same after replacement of water pump repair kit and water seal unit including pump belt, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of coupling complete(engine-alternator) in all respect with rubber flange as per existing shape/size, With nut & boltsof Make:Kirloskar/Cummins/Ashok Leylnd and suitable for 50 KVA to 100 KVA DG Sets, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 24 but DG set 125 KVA to 250 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of in replacement of Self starter 24 volts DC for Kirloskar, Cummins & Ashoka Layland engine, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 28 but 12 V DC, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repair of worn out parts of self starter 24 volts DC including plunger, bush, armature, gear and pinion, field coil, coil of magnetic switch, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: 1) If replacement of any part of self starter is required than contractor has to replace that part without any extra cost.
