Filling Inside the Raft with Clean Coarse Sand including cost and conveyance of Gravel to worksite, laying handling charges and filling in layers, tamping under optimum moisture content to get the maximum density including watering with all leads for water and all other incidental charges etc., complete for FILLING INSIDE THE RAFT.

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete M-35 Grade using 20mm, 12mm ISS Size HBG Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cement at site but excluding cost and fabrication of steel and cost of formworks including labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying, curing concrete, working at heights, hire charges for tools and plants, including all other incidental charges, etc., complete for DECK SLAB.

Providing Filter Media behind the abutments and wings with clean III graded material 53mm to 5.6mm to 600mm thick and well compacted in layers with smaller sized towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall including cost and conveyance to work site including all labours and other incidental charges including hire charges for tools and plants employed etc., for filter media as per MOST's (Roads Wing) specifications for Roads and Bridges "Fourth Revision Cl. 309-3-2-13 and 305 -4-4 etc., complete.

Providing and Fixing PVC EXPANSION JOINT in Between Deck Slabs over abutment and pier as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of expansion joints including Shalimar Pad and Joint Sealent etc, complete.

Supply and Fabrication of High Yield Strength Deformed Bar with Grade Designation Fe.500, conforming to IS:1786 2008, steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule cost of steel at site fabrication labour charges for cleaning, bending tying grills, including overlapping to the required length whenever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., [including Wastage 5%] complete, Fe.500 Grade.

Approach Road

Excavation including removal and satisfactory disposal of all materials necessary for the construction of road way and side drains in accordance with specifications and the lines, grades and cross sections shown in the drawings or as indicated by the Engineer using the carted earth with a lead of 2km for Formation.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for bed blocks for 10 cum for [CUT OFF WALL CONCRETE].

Supplying and Erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for RCC column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory Soil Compactor to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 GSB-III.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 Mix using 40mm ISS Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum (Dry Lean Concrete).

Construction of Un-Reinforced, Dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.

Providing and fixing 20 mm Thick Compressible Fibre Board in Expansion Joint complete as per drawing and technical specifications @ 2.50m c/c Spacing.

Providing and Making Gabion Struture with mechanically woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire Mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2021, MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mech Type 10 x 12 (D=100mm with tolerance of +- 2%) Zinc Coated, Mesh Wire diameter 3.0mm, mechanically edged / selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2mm, supplied @ 3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200mm as per drawing, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Plastic Emulsion Painting for Crashbarrier and Handrails using two coats of Enamel Paint.

Provision for Sign Board

Road Markers/Road Stud with Lens Reflector -- Providing and fixing reflective road studs of ‘category A’ Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methercrylate/ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW / NH. 33023/10/ 97-DO. III dt 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15 mm, 90 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 /- 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 /- 2mm and height not less than 30 /- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MoRT&H specification 804 etc., complete
