PROVISION OF APFC PANEL FOR THD RADAR AT AF STN MEMAURA

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Automatic power factor improvement panel of 250 KVAR capacity of heavy duty type cylindrical including APFC relay, contactors and control wiring with copper wire in Outdoor Type, compartmentalized, totally enclosed IP 54 panel board made out of 3.0mm thick CRCA sheet, CPRI approved including cooling fan, Aluminium bus bar TPN of 600 Amp capacity etc with all necessary protection etc and 500 Amps capacity MCCB 3 pole 36 KA as incomer complete all as specified and as directed. The panel shall be fixed with angle iron frame made of angles of size 50 x 50 x 6mm. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 100MMx50MM duly coated with Zinc metal coating for floor mounting embedded including PCC base foundation of suitable size as recommended by OEM, PCC 1:2:4 , type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed and comprising the following:- (a) Incommer MCCB 500 Amp, 3 Pole, Thermal based release rup capacity 36KA - 01 Nos. (b) Digital Ammeter with inbuilt selector switch -1 Nos. (c) Digital volt meter with inbuilt-selector switch-01 Nos. (d) CT's for measuring current -3 Nos. (e) R-Y-B phase indicator lamps LED type -1 set. (f) 16 stage APFC relay with built in P.F Meter -01 Set.. (g) (i) 2 KVAR Capacitor Bank -2 No. with suitable contactors and TP MCB 10ka C Curve. (ii) 3 KVAR Capacitor Bank -2 No.with suitable contactors and TP MCB 10ka C Curve. (iii) 5 KVAR Capacitor Bank -2 No. with suitable contactors and TP MCB 10ka C Curve. (iv) 10 KVAR Capacitor Bank -2 No.with suitable contactors and TP MCB 10ka C Curve. (v) 20 KVAR Capacitor Bank -1 No.with suitable contactors and TP MCB 10ka C Curve. (vi) 25 KVAR Capacitor Bank -4 No. with suitable contactors and TP MCB 10ka C Curve. (vii) 30 KVAR Capacitor Bank -3 No. with suitable contactors and TP MCB 10ka C Curve.

Supply, laying and testing of LT cable 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated underground electric cable PVC bedded and sheathed steel wire/strip armoured aluminum stranded conductor of size 400 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI strip 25 x 4mm, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm incl provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregated with 40 mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm X 25 mm X 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”.
