Earth work in foundation including digging and refilling the trenches with its proper disposal within 30 meters lead and 1.50m lift with all T&P etc.

Earth filling from G.L. to plinth level with lead of 1.00 Km from the site of work including loading unloading, filling, leveling, watering compacting and dressing with all T&P etc.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre constructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth junction of wall and floor along the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduit etc complete. Aldrine emulisifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as Hepthachlor or Chlordance will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows. (i) Treatment for masonary and foundation 5 Ltr/Sqm (ii) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 Ltr/Sqm. (iii) Treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 Ltr/Sqm (iv) Treatment junction of soil along external perimeter of building 7.50 Ltr/Sqm. (v) Treatment of soil under apron along external perimeter 5 Ltr/Sqm.

Cement Concrete with 40mm gauge Ist class STONE ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc.

Ist class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand in foundation, plinth and Boundary wall including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc.

Centering and shuttering of R.C.C. work including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc.

R C.C. work in 1:2:4 (M-15) sonbhadra coarse sand of FM. Not less then 2.50 and dala grit (10mm to 20mm.) . including all cost of materials,T&P and labours and other accessories required for proper completion of work. As per of direction of Engineer in Charge.

Reinforcement work with cutting, bending and binding of steel (Fe 500 HYSD Bar) and placing in proper position including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc.

Supply and fixing Angle iron frames for Doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5mm or 35x5mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete and fixed to steel windows by welding.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) non decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.(35mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws)

Fixing panes of glass with Aual or equivalent I.S.I. marked quality putty. Brads and springs complete including cost of material & labpour etc. (3.8 to 4.7 mm thick)
