Scarifying of picking gravelled macadum or bituminous macadum surface in area n.exc 400 sqm and depth n.exc 50 mm and removing fromsite work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surface by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top/concrete surfaces then applying evenly priming tack coat with paving Bitumen VG-10 grade over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer @ 5 kgs/10 Sqm of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.50% binder of paving Bitumen VG-30 grade, content by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces, rolled compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller and vibrator roller of adequate capacity both to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechnaical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-(i) The actual binder content used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in Sch 'A'. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 45,000/- per MT (without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in Sch 'A'. (iii) No Price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side. (iv) Please note that SDAC to be laid immediately after laying of BM. In case the SDAC could not be laid within 48 hours of laying of BM, primer coat @ 3Kg / 10Sqm to applied over freshly prepared bituminous surface and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt. on this account. No claim what so ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account.

M&L premix bituminous macadem laid using 20mm well graded crushed stone , rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber consolidated thickness not exceeding 75 mm with 4% binder of paving Bitumen VG-30 grade, content by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver finisher , rolled compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller and vibrator roller of adequate capacity both to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradiencomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing black top surface of road and applying thermo plastic paint on marking of 2.0 mm thicksingle coat a center line, stop line, side line etc on roads as per IRC pattern. Road marking of 150/100 mm width using hot mark thermoplastic paint hot application) white or yellow by indigenous modem propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredient such as binder, glass beads, titenium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter fillets etc. Thermoplastic requirment for glass beads shall be cofirming to BS-6086 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc. as per IRC-35 with and including traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in repair cat eyes dual directional of aluminium casted studs of size 120mmx120mm having plastic ABS strips containg 43 mm retro reflective glass beads of colour white, red, yellow side provided with steel zinc plated nuts/nails of 12 mm dia, length 120 mm and epoxy fixing to roads by hammering including necessary replacement of dameged/displaed items complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sinor Infrastructure/Dark eye/H2 Safety India/ Green Lite/ Road Star and equivalent as approved by GE.

S &F in repair solar road stud made up of aluminium alloy and PC of size 132(L)x122(W)x32(H) mm , 6 leds(3 Nos on each side) installed with epoxy fix of approved quility and water proof grade should -IP67 complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sinor Infrastructure/Dark eye/H2 Safety India/ Green Lite/ Road Star and equivalent as approved by GE.
