Operation and maintenance of the various Units of 30 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant based on Cyclic Activated Sludge / Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology for One year as a whole including Supply of Chemical and Consumables, Disposal of Plant Residuals (e.g. Screenings, Grit and Dewatered Sludge), Manpower required, Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of Mechanical Equipment, Electrical Items, Field Instruments etc., Cost of Collection, Analysis, Reporting, Monitoring and Maintaining Record of Samples from the Raw Sewage and Treated Sewage daily collected at least for one time a day from the Entry and Exit of the STP Units there on

1.0 AOR The Minimum required staff (As per CPHEEO Part C , Table no. 5.30, Page No. 5-11) for operation & maintenance of 30 MLD STP & IPS for three Shifts in a day. 2.0 Chemical 2.1 AOR Poly Electrolyte dosing : The Minimum required polyelectrolyte dosing - 5.15 kg per day including supplying handling etc. complete 2.2 AOR Chlorine : The Minimum required Chlorine dosing -200 kg per day including supplying handling etc. complete 3.0 Maintenance Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Work : 3.1 AOR Minor & major repairs in all process Units with grit, sludge, lab equipment & Chemicals , oil & Grease etc. supplying, filling, repairing, replacement , handling, etc. complete. (Excluding Electricity Bill)
