Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except to rock requiring blasting but including shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound with an initial lead of 10 metres and lift of 2 metres in places as shown by the departmental officers and clearing levelling the site etc complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with CM1:5 (one Cement and Five sand) 12mm thick including scaffolding finishing curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Plastering Work in CM 1:3 (One cement Three sand) with 20mm thick including Cost and Conveyance of all Materials and all labour charges etc Complete.

Providing granolithic floor finish of the 40mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Supplying and filling in Foundation and basement with M-sand in layers not exceeding 150mm well watered rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing New Cutstone flooring using cut stone slab 600 x 600 mm and not less than 100mm thick top Single line dressed and pointing with Lime mortar 1:1.5 etc complete

Dismantling the Exist laid modern tile including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc complete.

Scaffolding charges for Vimanans and gopurams with casurina posts coconut of palm trees whereever necessary for main, form work and providing with coonut keeth coverings, providing ladder arrangements, country wood plant for working, inspection etc., complete.

Re Varnishing the old wood work one coat with best shellac and with fine best varnish of approved quality varnish of teak wood natural finish including preparation of surfaces with sand papering in patty priming etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Painting old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide in one coat including Removing old paint from the surface with sand paper in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dismantling the exisiting laid One course Machine pressed tile including clearing away from the site etc complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Lime Mortar 1:1.5 (One Cement and One and Half Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing Pointing to the Exist Roof finish with Machine pressed tile joints including Clean removal of cement plaster and racking out joints 20mm deep area including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete.

Waterproof coating below 500 Sq.m Providing and Applying high perfomance solar reflective & Acrylate silicon based Waterproofing coating which is single component, cold applied, water based acrylic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the Existing Roof screed surface applied @ 1.5 l/m2 in 3 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having tensile strength 2N/ mm2 confirming to ASTM D 412; Elongation at break ≥ 200%, Abrasion resistance 21mg confirming to ASTM D 4060 and Crack bridging ability up to 2 mm, including surface preparation, priming the surface with 1 coat diluted with water in the ratio 2:1 spreading @ 0.125 L/m2 as self-priming coat in the SSD condition and spreading 45 gsm glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm sandwiched between the first and second coat completely as per specification. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.

Painting two coats with approved quality of water based exterior emulsion paint including one coat of priming coat in cement plastered wall surfaces in all floor including cost of all materials brushess, etc., scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing and fixing in position of RCC Precast slab CC 1:2:4 - 50mm Thick using 20mm 'size of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works using machine for mixing concrete excluding cost of steel, fabrication of reinforcement, centering, strutting and shuttering and placing the grills in position etc., complete complying with standard specification

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Brass Grill arrangements for Openings using Brass Square Pipe of 40x40x3mm Size for Outer frame , 25x 25x3mm for 2 Nos Vertical intermidiate frame and 10 mm Square bar for Horizontal frame 30x 6mm Brass flat is used for Grill fixed with cutstone pillar . Door Outer Frame 30 x30x2 mm ,2 Nos Vertical intermidiate frame and 10 mm Square bar . The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc.complete .
