REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHT SECURITY LIGHT PERIMETER LIGHT AND SOLAR LIGHTS IN TOM ENCLAVE DEVASHISH ENCLAVE HAMID ENCLAVE AND KHULNA MARG AT SI LINES UNDER GE BHOPAL

Note :(i) Please refer Sch A/ BOQ Notes before quoting the tender for all phases/ items mentioned below. (ii) Amount of Schedule of credit shall be deducted offline

Taking out old unserviceable cable from trenches of any size and as credit to contractor complete all as directed and directed.

Dismantiling existing ACSR (of any size or type) from over head electric line carefully with out making any damage to the other existing lines and removing from site as credit to contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantiling of insulator any type /size/ grade from over head electric line and setting aside removing from site as sch of credit to contractor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PCC base of LT poles/struts, any size and complete removing from site including shifting of existing security light to new pole and pole & GI bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth in soft disintegrated rock for laying of underground cable pipe and getting out including road cutting and match with existing surfaces after refilling all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil/rock to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry sand for filling in trenches around under ground cable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying class LV, type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing LT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded, ISI marked, laid in trenches, passing through pipes/ducts, on walls with shadel, aluminum conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser Item No. 12.00 here-in-before but aluminum conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser Item No. 12.00 here-in-before butd aluminum conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of light grade, galvanised mild steel pipe of 40 mm bore complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for double wall corrugated HDPE pipe, ISI marked of outer dia 50mm, inner dia 38mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface, non-pressure type, laid in trenches/floors/duct or fixed on walls /pole including all connections, accessories like socket, couplers, bends, etc for protection of LT cable XLPE grade 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pressure die cast aluminium housing street light, min 140 lm/W, IP66, IK10, single piece die cast including spigot, dia 48-76mm, LED life time 75K hrs with integrated optical cover. Minimum system lumen of 12600 lm and system wattage not exceeding 90W. Street light should have standalone lighting control system with auto on/off based on dusk/dawn timings, preset time setting with monthly variation (Jan to Dec.), inbuilt real time clock for switching, includes dimmming profile for energy savings, drift not exceeding max 2min per year, clock retention upto five years auto switching off secondary power for module, dimmable driver based on PWM control, dim to off with High/Low Voltage cut off with 440V protection for 8 hrs for complete luminare including driver and Astro module, EMI/EMC complaint as per EN55015, IEC61547, surge protection as per IEC 61000-4-5, driver meeting IEC61347, complete luminaire meeting IEC60598-2-3-2004 including connecting upto junction box with 2.5sqmm 3 core PVC insulated flexible copper wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE- Contractor will be submitted 5 year warranty OEM system generated.

Supply and fixing of hybrid all-in-two solar street light luminaire 70 watts with minimum 165 lm /watt system efficacy and minimum 11550 lumen. The system should consist of luminaire and Integrated solar sub-system. The solar sub system should consist of a solar panel, battery, charge controller and hybrid power supply. Solar Sub-system should be independent unit consisting of battery box with hinged cover and latches for easy maintenance and box should have prover slots for mounting of battery, charge controller and hybrid power supply. All the components should be connected with IP-66 connectors. The lithium ferrophate battery should have life class of 2000 cycles with 90% DoD and capacity should be 25.6V 48AH. System should be equipped with MPPT charge controller with AC driver. Charging efficiency should be minimum 97% and discharging efficiency should be minimum 96%. The system should be with minimum 10KV surge protection. Charge controllers should have battery/panel reverse polarity protection, over voltage/under voltage protection, over temperature protection, short circuit and open circuit protection, reverse current blocking into PV module. The system should be with 190Wp36Vmpp Solar panel. Dimming profile should be easily configurable with the help of a handheld device. The luminaire should be IP66 and IK10 protected. All the components within the solar sub-system should be connected with IP67 connector. The system should comply with IEC55015, EN61000-6-3, IEC62109, IEC 61000-4-5:2017. Battery should comply to IS16046:2018, IEC52133-2: 2017.Panel should comply to IEC61215, IEC61730-1 and IEC62804 including connecting upto junction box with 2.5sqmm 3 core PVC insulated flexible copper wire. Panel and Battery should be BIS certified complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Ser item No 18 and 19 :- 1. The Bidder has to be submitted the sample with as per CA with all required Test report. 2. Test Reports required - NABL Certified LAB, certificate of OEM , LM 80 , BIS certificate of fixture and driver both. 3. IK Test report Third Party required. 4. Department will visit the factory during technical evaluation of the OEM where accredited NABL lab consist of two photo gonio meter should be there for testing the sample 5. Bidder and OEM both should have a ISO certificate. 6. OEM and the Bidder both should declare that they have never been Blacklisted / Debarred from Any Govt. Organization 7. The contractor has submitted 5 year warranty form OEM.

M&L for chemical earthing with earth electrode made of low carbon steel circular rods, molecularly bonded with copper on outer with minimum thickness of 250 micron, 17 mm dia, 3 metre long including drilling of bore hole of 150 mm dia of 20 metre depth, filling the bore hole with black cotton soil up to 17 metres level i.e. below the electrode bottom level, placing electrode by penetrating 150 mm into black cotton soil, filling earth enhancement material (minimum approx. 30 kg) into the augured hole in slurry form and allowed to set, minimum 125 mm dia covering of the composite structure (earth electrode + earth enhancement material), covering remaining portion with backfill soil/ material, welding 32X6 mm GI earth strip as earth lead electrode to testing point, construction earth pit including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with using galvanized mild steel earth plate (electrode) 600 mmx 600 mmx 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all round the plate using 32X6 mm GI earth strip as earth lead moulded and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to main equipment at switch/control board at another end, GI earth lead incased in and including 50 mm dia GI ‘light grade’ pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment with & including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of the earth plate, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in pits chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg)duly reinforced with mild steel round bars 6 mm dia @ 150 mm c/c both ways with 10 mm dia mild steel bars as in lifting handles with and including necessary excavation & earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor /wall all as per plate No. 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.. NOTE :- GI earth wire and protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid separately. (Note : 1. If the desired earth resistance is not found earthing shall be re-done by the Contractor at no extra cost paid by Dept.)

S&F of integral LED flood light luminaire of 200 W, minimum 130 l/m system efficacy as per IS-16107, IP-66 degree of protection with pressure diecast alluminium housing and toughened glass and and THD <10%, PF >0.95, 5700-6500 K colour temperature, CRI 70 ,HV Cut off @ 320V/Low V Cut with all fixing arrangement, nuts, bolts, washer and clamps for fixing and connecting to electric system with 2.5 sqmm PVC aluminium stranded conductor 3 core minimum 2.0 m length, on pole inclduing testing and with LM 79 and 80 report with NABL certified lab and NABL certificate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for installing GI strip of 32x6 mm dimensions and making proper arrangements for connection between earthing and transformer/ equipment all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete (for foundation bed concrete in stays /poles or any other site all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of undulated existing pressed precast cement concrete paver blocks of any description / size and re-fixing the same in new or old position after levelling the ground to receive flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing to damaged roads section in patches with instant ready made premix superior road patching cold bitumen compound with a blend of bitumen, aggregates and high grade polymers to immediate bonding complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Schedule of credit (calculation will be done off line) Rs. 45110.00
