Finishing walls with Apex weather proof exterior grade emulsion of Asian paint or exterior emulsion of NAROLAC SURKSHA as per approved shade on undecorated wall surface (two or more coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat ) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stoping with enamel paint other than whiteas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Painting two or more coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with enamled paint other than white including all taxes, GST carriage of materials, within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade onundecorated wall surfaces(two coats)to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with enamled paint other than white including all taxes, GST ,carriage of materials, within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primming coat of red lead paint in trusses and trusses purlins in building as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing Wire crate made of 4 mm (four millimeter ) G.I. wire corresponding to SWG-8 (eight ) of 7.5x7.5 cm (seven point five into seven point five )mesh welded galvanized iron wire mesh fabric as per IS-4948-2002 inter connected by lacing wire or special binder of metal coated steel wire used to form flexible ,fixed to angle iron frame with necessary screws and M.S. flat as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

15mm (Fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick / concrete / stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor all levels including arises, internal rounded angle, chamfer and / or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 ( one cement : one point five sand : three graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Lintels, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying 60mm ( sixty millimetre) thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 ( M-thirty) grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm ( fifty millimetre) thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etcetera all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
