Procurement of 4 BS-VI Mobile Mobile Monitoring Van for Dedicated analysis of Particulate matters as well as other gaseous emissions in Bengaluru.

If the Tenderer is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) but not MSME, he should have manufactured, tested and supplied at least 80% of goods similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last 3 (three) completed Financial Years (i.e. Financial Year 2023-2024, 2022-2023,2021-2022). The goods offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after 2023 and be in satisfactory operation for 6 months as on date of Tender opening

If the Tenderer is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and an MSME, he should have manufactured, tested and supplied at least 50% of goods similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last 3 (three) completed Financial Years (i.e. Financial Year 2023-2024, 2022-2023, 2021-22). The goods offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after 2023 and be in satisfactory operation for 6 months as on date of Tender opening

Tenders of Tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided the manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format at Section XIII Tech Form 7 assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC and the Tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 30 % of quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 6 months on the date of Tender opening

The tenderer shall meet the requirements as mentioned in technical specification

If the Tenderer is OEM but not an MSME, then the Average Annual Turnover of the Tenderer should not be less than the estimated cost of quantity i.e., Rs. 2,35,00,000- (Rupees Two cores Thirty lakhs Only) from the last 3 (three) preceding financial years (i.e. Financial Year 2023- 2024, 2022-2023 and 2021-2022)

If the Tenderer is OEM and an MSME, then the Average Annual Turnover of the Tenderer should not be less than 50% the estimated cost of quantity i.e Rs. 1,15,00,000/- (Rupees One crore, Fifteen lakhs) from the last 3 (three) preceding financial years (i.e. Financial Year 2023-2024, 2022-2023 and 2021-22).

If the Tenderer is an authorized dealer of the OEM duly authorized to participate in the Tender, then the average annual turnover of such Tenderer shall not be less than the estimated cost of ., Rs. 2,35,00,000- (Rupees Two cores Thirty lakhs Only) from the last 3 (three) preceding Financial years (i.e. Financial Year 2023-2024, 2022-2023 and 2021-2022).

If the Tenderer is an authorized dealer of the OEM duly authorized to participate in the Tender, then the average annual turnover of such Tenderer shall not be less than the 50% of the estimated cost of quantityi.e Rs. 1,15,00,000/- (Rupees One crore, Fifteen lakhs) from the last 3 (three) preceding Financial years (i.e. Financial Year 2023-2024, 2022-2023 and 2021-22

The tenderer should produce the copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by the Income Tax Authorities

The tenderer should submit the copy of Income Tax Return filed with the Income Tax Authorities for the last 3 financial years Viz. 2020-21 , 2021-22. And 2022-23 (All 3-year returns are mandatory)

Tenderer should submit the compliance statement for technical specification and scope of work for quoted items, and provide the technical brochure marked and highlighted points of the required technical specification as per Section VI of this document (highlighted scanned copy of brochure required)

The tenderer should be either a proprietorship or partnership Firm or Private limited Company or Public limited company. Furnish the copy of Certificate incorporation or partnership deed or registration copy with the appropriate authorities in support of the nature of organization

Each and every page of the tender document, submitted/uploaded in e-procurement portal shall be serially numbered and signed by the authorized signatory of the concerned.

Though the Tenderer fulfills the above conditions, they are subject to be disqualified if they have made any misleading or false representation in the forms, statements, any attachments in proof of the requirements specified in the eligibility or qualification criteria
