Glass Door and Partitions for Cabin at Maker Tower

Glass Doors - Providing and fixing 12 mm thick toughened glass door of approx size 900mm x 2100mm or any other size as per site requirement as directed by Bank's engineer, of approved make with edges properly finished and fixed over the on floor spring of capacity of minimum 80Kg of approved make with top pivot arrangements, floor spring shall be firmly installed in the floor by making cutting of exact size required(Basic rate of floor spring to be considered as Rs 6500/- per Each excluding GST), providing and fixing SS 304 grade handle of approved design, shape and of size 600mm (Basic rate of handle to be considered as Rs 3500/- for one set excluding GST), providing and fixing approved make and design dead lock with key covers(Basic rate of dead lock to be considered as Rs 2100/- for one set excluding GST), magnetic door stopper/ door stoppers at directed locations etc. Door shall be erected in perfect line and plumb, etc. complete as per specification and directed by the Banks Engineer. The rate shall also inclusive of providing & fixing approved make and pattern frosted film including scaffolding at all height,all taxes, transportation, transit insurance, loading & unloading at site etc as directed Bank's Engineer. Extension of cabin partition upto ceiling height : Providing and fixing aluminium pipe framing of approved make thickness 2mm of 25x50mm or other size matching to the existing partition framework as per the site requirement and direction of Bank's engineer. The pipe grid shall be perimetered along the old partition bottom, vertical corner sides and along ceiling for top portion and also ensuring that sufficient supports i.e. all corner supports and middle support (if required as per site condition) shall extends to upto RCC slab to ensure stability of structure as per the direction of site engineer.The intermediate pipe section spacing should be as per existing pipes and not be more than 2x2'. Fixing the pipe members shall be extended upto ceiling and fixed firmly with angle cleat arrangement with 8mm dia anchor fasteners or as approved by Bank's engineer at spacing of one feet to make the overall structure intact. Making of vertical partition box at entrance for provision of door to ensure that the door of size 900mm x2100mm or any other size as per site requirement of approved make can be fixed at the entrance of cabins. The item include providing and fixing aluminium pipe 2mm thick of size 25x50mm. The partition box approx size 200-300mm width (at one side or in part on both side of door) and extented up to ceiling or as per site requirement shall be made by fixing vertical pipes upto RCC ceiling and intermediate horizontal pipes at maximum spacing of 600mm, the whole unit shall be fixed with 11mm MDF (both side)with providing rockwool/ insulation material of required thickness min 25mm, in between the partition/ MDF and 1mm laminate on both sides to match with the existing shade or as approved. The work shall include removing or cutting of gypsum or armstrong ceiling and finishing the same after making of partition etc. all complete. Fittting, fixtures shall be as mentioned in item no.2. Only one side of finished area upto false ceiling level (lower of the both side, if height is different) shall be considered for measurement for each stretch of partitionas directed. The rate shall include for scaffolding at all height,all taxes,transportation,loading and unloading, removal of debris etc as directed by Bank's Engineer.
