Supply, installation, commisioning and testing LT feeder pillar box out door type double door and single shutter front open including locking arrangement system made out of MS sheet of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet of size 0.6x0.6x0.3 mtr and double door,canopy,dust proof, bottom cable entry plate and gland for cable size150/120/95/70/50/25/16/10 sqmm 3.5 core suitable MS angle iron 40x40x5 mm with aluminium busbar size 600Amps system mounted on hygroscopic insulators bus bar including suitable nut, Bolt and Washer(16 Nos) , & including powder coated paint with and providing necessary foundation/plateform of the feeder pillar height 1.5 feet from groundwith PCC 1:2:4 type B2 including provision of for incomong and outgoing cable gland, thimbling for old / new cables as per site requirement and proper finshing as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge. Note: Drawing for LT feeder piller box shall be got approved by GE before fabrication. Make : United Engineering Services, Kanpur / Universal Switchgears / SMS Panels & Switchgears

M & L for shifting of existing LT panel/ APFC panel of any capacity/size by taking proper shutdown for power house and disconnecting cables connection both in coming and outgoing complete fixing in new location including making new incomming and outgoing connection complete all as specified & directed. (Note: All earth work, sand filling, bricks and PCC works will be measured and paid separately under respective item)

M & L for cleaning of installation/ substation including clearing of vegitation, wild growth and trimming of grass etc around the installation compound and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement capacitor duy contactor 3 pole, 30 KVAr, 1 NO 1 NC complete including necessay control wiring as per site requirement all as specified & directed. Make: L & T/ABB/Siemens

M & L for rubbing rusted surface of LT panel/ feeder piller, cleaning the inner and outer surface of panel/ feeder piller box and applying two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including marking name of incomming and outging connection on LT panel complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of substation cable duct after removing HT/LT cable from duct by taking proper shutdown from power house including filling of new river bed fine sand under and around HT/LT cable to provide sand cushioing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing earth continuity conductor on main earthing lead fixed to pole or buried in ground or at any other situation for loop earthing extra as required (beyond 7.5 M) of GI Strip 25x4 mm all as specified

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protect0ed by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/ equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2010 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering, funnel, wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, MS cover of thickness 5mm openable type and having suitable locking arrangement and MS frame of suitable size made of angle iron 50 x 50 x 60 mm, complete all as specified. Note: (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 0.5 metre away from earth.

Excavation in trenches n .exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exec 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for laying pipe lines and cables and getting out as in looses/soft soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exe. 25 cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Filling of river bed fine sand under and around LT cable to provide sand cushsioning 08cm before laying of cables and 15cm after laying of cables in sub station ducts/trenches complete all as directed.

Brick of common burnt clay, sub class 'B' old size laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables perpendicular to direction of cales abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT cable from trenches and keeping aside for reuse or removal of size upto 50 Sqmm 3.5/4 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No: 28.00 above but LT cable size of 70-240 Sqmm

Relaying of cable upto 50 Sqmm 3.5/4 Core after rectification of defects in the same in trench or at any other location complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No: 30.00 above but LT cable size of 70-240 Sqmm

M & L in repair for heat shrinkable straight through joint for PVC/XLPE insulated armoured cable of size upto 50Sqmm 3.5/4 core complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Raychem/Denson/M-Seal

All as per serial item No: 32.00 above but LT cable size of 70 to 150 Sqmm

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable 1100 volts with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or under road complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation, sand and brick work will be measure & paid separately)
