Demolition of ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground floor) all as specified & directed.

50 mm thick Cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in base of flooring/ hard standing finished evern & smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified & directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laying over & including 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes as directed.

M&L glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (450mm x 350 mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces, such as dadoes, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles all as specified and directed 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) as in backing layer for laying of tiles in vertical surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls/ ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on internal surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement as specified and directed.

M & L preparing new plastered surfaces of internal walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer all as specified & directed.

S & F 35 mm thick Second class hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters factory made (any number of panels), with panels of veneered particle board or plywood or bison board all as specified & directed.

S & F Mild steel sliding door bolts plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed length of 375 mm all as specified & directed.

S & F 300 mm Mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt and all as specified & directed.

S & F 150 mm Mild steel pressed handles, oval type, stove enamelled black complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Preparation of New or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of Pink primer all as specified & directed.
