Demolition of old cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (unreinforced) and removing debris from site of work complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) exceeding 50m and not exceeding 250m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard and dense soil all as specified and as directed

M&L desilting and cleaning the septic tanks/manholes/sump/open drain of any size/shape/depth by removing, waste, night soil, sludge mechanically or manually with all necessary precaution as per rule in vogue as directed including depositing the sludge by excavation with depth not less than 30cms with necessary arrangement to avoid adours such as refilling excavated earth on deposited sludge and removing surplus soil to a distance out side MD area and deposited where directed complete all as specified. Note :- For purpose of measurement and payment internal size of the tank upto liquid depth only shall be considered. Note :- For purpose of measurement and payment EACH TIME of the cleaning of chockup shall be considered. Note :- If required contractor shall arrange non summersiable sewage pump for cleainig sludge in sewage sump.

Cleaning/Clearing blocked sewage lines of any size (PVC/SGSW/RCC hume pipe) any depth by rodding between manhole to manhole manually and pumping outlet water from manhole sump well, septic tank (where required) including providing trolly mounted pumpset and suction pipe of adequate length and minimum 30 metre delivery pipe including clearing spot blockage of WC, floor traps, nahani trap, gully trap and drainage pipe etc, with and including two skilled safaiwala daily from 08:30hrs to 16:30hrs including disposal of debris, spoils and sludge hygienically complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The contractor/his authorised supervisor of the work will report daily at complaint cell AGE B/R-II GE (I) C'Bay at 08:30hrs to receive day to day complaints. (ii) All sewage complaint must be attended immediately on reciept but not later than 24hrs. (iii) Recovery (penalty) for not attending complaint beyond 24hrs shall be Rs 500/- per complaint per day deleyed. (iv) In case any pereson becomes absent or not found on duty, recovery (penalty) will be imposed double the quoted rate by contractor. Remark made by concerned JE/EIC in this regard will be final.

Demolition and breaking up of SWG (Salt Glazed Stone Ware)/RCC drain pipes set in cement mortar including demolition of PCC in launching/benching around pipes required for the following sizes complete all as specified and directed. (a) Intrnal dia of pipe 150mm

(b) Internal dia of pipe 200mm

(c) Internal dia of pipe 300mm

Taking down cast iron pipes of any size or patern at any position including all fittings such as bends, heads (measured over all as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) including removing vegetation growth around pipes has required, making good to surface to match with existing including necessary scaffolding etc complete as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for providing15mm dia PVC connection of length 450mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 12mm dia holes of 17mm deep @ 0.6m c/c at junction of beams, sunken areas and columns has cordinal points of inserting/pouring mixture of resin base latex polymer and cement slurry by pressure grouting for columns, beams and slabs including sealing the holes with CM 1:3, all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment of sunken floor/wall surface by applying two coats of elastomeric coating of BRUSH BOND RSX in FOSROC or TECK FORCE 2K STRONG in CHOWKSEY CHEMICALS or equivalent has a two component flexible elastomeric coating with minimum 2mm thickness layer complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.

S&F wire barbed tap concertina coil wire of 50 turn having core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength and a carbon steel strip of 20mm width, 0.5mm thick having razor sharp barbs punched tape and core wire hot dip Galvanised, as fixed in repair.

Demolition of Brick work or stone boulders masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar1:6, complete all as specified and directed

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
