Taking down cement plaster any description from roof slab, stone wall, brick wall parapets including raking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified .

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of OBD on surfaces of walls over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for old decorative surfaces, preparation of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for prepaire old decorative surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
