M&L for repair to 24 volts self starter assembly by taking out from DG Set of any make and size including transporting the same to work shop in market for repair . The following spare parts are replaced by new one like armature, field coil with enameled copper conductor of existing gauge including insulating material and heat varnish ,DE bearing bush, CE bush armature, carboun brush including petrol wash all as specified. Refixing the same after repair and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item no. 122 above but for 12 volts self starter assembly.

M&L for Repair/servicing of radiator assembly of 160/250/320 KVA DG Set after dismanteling and removing cooling fans, guard plates and lowering the same from engine after draining out water from radiator and scrapping / removing sludge / scale inside tank with acid including replacement MS tank (botom portion) at rusted portion by cutting/ welding / brazing with 2mm thick copper plate including painting. Remounting the same at its original position and repalcement of pre mixed coolent as per the ratio fixed by manufacturer and testing complete all as directed. (Note- Pre mixed coolent shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule)

M&L for servicing /preventive maintence of DG set of capacity 160KVA to 320 KVA at site comprising of the following check & re adjust valve tapped clearence in cold ,drain out used engine oil by opening the oil chamber ,cleaning the chamber throughly, pouring the new engine oil refixing the chamber cover with new gasket , replacement of diesel filter ,oil filter, air filter,cleaning the diesel tank, clean radiator fins & air to air after coller & AVM pads , check rubber seal and hose pipes replace if found defective , check coupling disc on injection pump, check speed governer for proper functioning and lubricating linkages, check clean air filter element ,check functioning of engine protection unit repair to instruments panel, Check and repair of any leakage etc.and replacement of small minor items such as nut, bolts, washers, etc aren included in quoted rates of sch A' . The above cheks are stictly followed in the duration of six month interval of every 250 hrs of run complete all as specified and directed. Note: Engine oil and filters shall be measured & paid separately under respective items.

Dismantling and taking down alternator assembly from existing engine and carry out servicing / maintenance of alternator unit of capacity 160/250/320 KVA DG set as per the phase work :- (a) Opening of Alternator and cleaning / remvoing dust from armature and field coil. (b) Cleaning of used / old lubricated substances drive/non drive end bearings. (c) Cleaning end cheeking of AVR unit (d) Cheking and tighting of coupling bolts and replacement of rubber inserts. (e) M&L for carrying out heat varnishing for field and armature coil and kept in heating chamber for 48 hours for drying properly. (f) Replacement of Bearings as per existing size. Supply & Fixing in replacement, retro reflective installation board made out of acrylic sheet, size 1.2 x 1.0 Mtr. Writing with computer graphic marking, size of letter not more than 50 mm in length with approved white letter writing on blue back and border of 10mm all around including necessary grouting the installation board with PCC 1:2:4 with 20mm graded stone aggregate upto the depth of not exc. 50mm from ground level and to the ground with angle iron of size 40x40x6mm complete with necessary frame work, welding, bending etc complete all as specified and as directed.
