Notes :-(i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. Reinforcement in RCC cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways.(ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.5 metre earth strips. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) Plate electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust & salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.

S&F Bldg security light fittings 45 watts energy saving incl making all electric connection using three core copper cable drawn through in PVC flexible counduit pipe from ceiling rose to fittings and mounting bracket made out by GI pipe light grade in 25 mm dia of bore in required length bend in 120 degree fixed with clamping of surface of wall using clamp made out by GI strip in size 32 x4 mm using nut bolt and washer etc complete as directed. M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC FRLS IS-694 cable with unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor of size 06 Sqmm and drawing through in concelead rigid non metallic PVC conduit pipe medium grade heavy duty in suitable size with all necessary fittings including one run of FRLS insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 06 Sqmm as earth wire (green in colour) and connected to common earth dolly complete including taking down of old unserviceable sub main wiring including taking out to old unsv sub main wiring with accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Two run of 06 sqmm with one run of PVC conduit pipe shall be measured agaist one unit. (ii) Cost of cutting /chasing/ plastering /colouring etc as site shall be included matching to disturbed surface all as existed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc getting out in soft/ loose soil and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 CM complete and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) out side MD land at contractor's own arrangement complete and as directed.

Supply, laying and spreading of dry (Ganga) sand, free from organic impurities for cushioning as in trenches 8cm depth below cable and 15cm above cable and punned to 10cm depth complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall be considered for measurement purpose.

M&L brick, sub class 'B' bricks laid dry, flat, length equal to width of brick over sand cusioning in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed

Labour only for cutting/boring to plinth protection/hard standing/road etc in suitable depth and corssing of GI pipe of size 80 MM bore so that XLPE under ground cable can be passed and giving mechanical protection to cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be included the cost of required material for repairing to disturbed surface all as per existing specification and GI pipe shall be measured and paid seperately under respective itmes.

Supply, laid in trench /fixed in replacement with surface of wall/roof etc jointing, thimbling and glanding in suitable size testing to cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with alumunium conductor 1100 volts, grade cross section area 4 core x 25 Sqmm (earthed) complete all as specified and directed.
