SPECIAL REPAIRS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF GARDEN LIGHTING AND POST TOP LANTERNS AT IN FRONT OF HQ BLDG AREA BEG AND CENTRE UNDER GE(C ) KHADKI

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying of cables, pole foundation, stays etc and getting out in soft loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polythene pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to IS 16205 & IS14930 (Part I and II) for protection of underground cable of size 40 mm outer dia with all fittings such as clamps. coupler etc laid in trenches / road/ nallah or fixed along wall. poles or laid under floor (including cutting floor/Road and making good to match with existing adjoining surface etc for cable protection all as specified (excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, 1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 10 sq.mm 2 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installing , testing and commissioning, weather, vermin proof LT Feeder pillar box of suitable size factory fabricated(Approved by CPRI) outdoor cubical/KIOSK type totally enclosed made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with double door shutter with locking arrangement and mounted on MS channel of mim size 75 x 40mm suitable for operation on 3 phase,4 wire ,415volts, AC supply system with hinged panel door(covers) on two sides with handle,bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting of sufficient no's of circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/Rubber bushes to prevent water/moisture inside the enclosure ,required no's of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete the following Incoming :- (i) Aluminium bus bar 200 Amps Capacity - 01 set (04 Nos) (ii) MCCB, 4 Pole, 415 V, 35KA, 315 Amps - 01 No (iii) Street light Timer with contactor Makr L&T

Supply and fix LED security light fitting 45 watt having 120 lm/watt, IP 66 rating with housing made of die-cast aluminium with street optic lens and glass diffuser for uniform light distribution including GI bracket and mounding mounting arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED Flood Light 120 watt IP 66 rating with housing made of die-cast aluminium with high efficacy and better thermal management with high energy saving complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED post top lantern 35 watt complete with 40 mm GI Pipe Light grade, clamps, nut, bolt and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED Bollard light , fantasy made of extruded aluminium housing to redefine landscape with better light quality and enhance architectural design, rated IP-65 of 11 watt ,230 Volt AC with all fittings including mounting on PCC 1:3:6 of suitable size with 03 nos anchor fastner complete with 40 mm GI Pipe Light grade, clamps, nut, bolt and washers complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Excavation/earthwork, removal and returning filling included in the quoted rate
