Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Supply and apply high build elastomeric waterproofing coated based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane cold applied or spray, brush applied, membrane with an elongation of 280 % and tensile strength of 2.7N/mm2 as per ASTMD 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure, minimum 88% solid content. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer application with 100% water dilution and pure polyurethane application in two coats with minimum consumption of 1.2 kg/sqm. Note: Application should be done with company authorised applicator.

M&L for machine cut kota stone as in risers, steps, skirting, dado, 20-25 thick laid and jointed in grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including cutting and polishing bedded on 15mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6 incl making hole for gas pipe as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of whitewash on ceiling over a coat of birla white putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L applying two coats of exterior emlsion paint on plastered or unplastered wall surface over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories,bath and WC's etc shall be as under:-

(i) Application of Two component acrylic modified cementitious coating. (a) The surfaces to be applied shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement litance, existing coatings and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from litanceand any other form of surface contamination. the installation instructions in manufacturer's published literature should be strictly compiled with, including but not limited to the following:- (b) Chipping out any visible cracks in ' V- Groove' pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part cleaning of cracks and then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putyy/ Dr Fixit 302 SBR latex/ perma latex SBR / FOSROC Nitibond SBR latex/ Asian Paints latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush and vaccum pressure if required. (c) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of application of Acrylic modified cemetitious coating of Sika Top seal - 107/brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/ CICO. (d) While the surface is still damp from saturation (SSD), apply one coat of acrylic modified cementitious coating of Sika Top seal- 107/ Brush bond FOSROC/ Dr fixit / STP/ CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions. (e) Apply glass fabric sheet of Sika Fab 1 / FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP while the first coat is wet. (f) Once touch dry apply second coat of Acrylic modified cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal- 107/ Brush bond FOSROC/ Dr FiXit/ STP/ CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions on the entire area. (g) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. (h) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height minimu 300mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface. (j) It is essential to cure acrylic modified cementitious coating immediately after application ( minimum 6-8 hrs drying) for a minimum of 3 to 54 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking.

(k) A protection plaster ( 12-15 mm thick) in CM 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound has to be applied on the walls. (l) Providing and applying a protection screed of 50 mm thick 1:4 cement sand mortar admixed with Sika plastocrtete over the applied water proofing coating on horizontal surfaces. Admixutre for item( k&l) above : Sika Plastocrete Plus/ FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/ CICO confirming to IS 2645 (m) All the corners and joints should be pretreated with elastic waterproofing sealing tape with a woven bonding mesh on each surface and an elastic expansions zone in the centre of make Sika Seal Tape S/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP. (n) The membrane has to be protected in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations until placement of concrete. The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. (o) waterproofing treatment has to be carried out through applicators authorised.(ii) All the joints of pipesand traps within sunken portion shall be selaed properly by Epoxy sealant. (iii) All CI traps in sunken slabs to be enclosed with PCC 1:1.5:3 (min 15cm) all - round. (iv) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm stone aggregate) complete all as specified. (v) Providing drainage spout pipe GI 40mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall ( Approx 450mm to 600 mm long) including cutting to existing wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (vi) Providing 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm grade stone aggregate as in flooring for laying floor finish all as specified. Note :- Item (iv),(v) & (vi) above shall be measured and paid seprately.

M&L for providing GI pipe heavy class of dia 40mm all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge

Taking down chowkats or framed with shutter (with out taking off shutters from the frame) area not exc 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing all as specifed and directed by Eng-In-Charge

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in filling of chowkhats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling boarding, cupborad any description, fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-charge

S&F PVC cupboard of size 75mm x 40mm with wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5mm thick Plain/Printed/Prelam PVC sheet reinforced with 15mm x 15mm M.S. square tubes of 19 gauge thickness throughout the frame and mitre cut at two corners and jointed with 2 nos. of 150mm long brackets of 10mm x 10mm M S square tubes. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners complete all as specified and directed

S&F factory made PVC cupboard shutter flush type of 25mm thickness consisting of panel of hollow PVC profile of 12mm x12mm inserted all around the hollow profile section and insert one 10mm x 10mm MS tube in the centre of this section and lipped with 10mm thick(5mm x 2) and 12mm wide on stiles and rails using solvent cement the inner panel shall be laminated with 5 mm thick termite proof waterprrof and fire retardent printed PVC sheet using solvent cement on both sides of panel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in cupboard shelf complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
