I. EARTH WORK :

Earth work in over areas by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means/controlled blasting to required profile, level, grade, camber, etc in all soils/strata as mentioned below upto all depths as per drawing and as directed, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm in plan area including dressing of excavated sides and ramming of bottoms and disposal / stacking of excavated materials within a lead of 150m and all inferent lifts and filling in layers not exceeding 200mm, watering, consolidation etc. complete all as per specifications, drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Soft rock

Hard rock ( by chiselling or wedging or rock hammer and cutter or hydraulic splitter or by using machine such as poclain with jack hammer or controlled blasting or by approved chemical method as directed by EIC)

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 10 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

II. CONCRETE (PLAIN AND REINFORCED) :

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Ambuja, JK Cement, Birla make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed. NOTE :- 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 25% of pozzolanas for RMC.

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC of Ultra Tech, Birla Ready Mix of following grade up to specified level using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Ambuja, JK Cement, Birla make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed. NOTE :- 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 25% of pozzolanas for RMC

Providing and mixing Corrosion Inhibiting Admixture Conplast WL of M/s. Fosroc orequivalent of M/s Krishna Conchem in the concrete etc., complete as specified and directed. NOTE: The Dosage and other mixing methodology should be as per manufacturer's specifications

Casting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete covers of required size in RCC M-20 insitu mixing BY WEIGH BATCHER using ordinary Portland Cement conforming to IS 8112 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Ambuja, JK Cement, Birla make), crushed stone sand , graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including mixing superplastizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed for covers for storm water drains/trenches with and without holes including formwork but excluding reinforcement

III. FORM WORK :

Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined,circular including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work, pockets for machine/equipmet foundations as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed. Note :- Plywood shall not be used for more than eight repitions.

IV. REINFORCEMENT & STRUCTURAL STEEL

Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag,Sail, JSW make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and directed.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make, loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys/cranes or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Using rolled sections

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position MS insert plates/ embedded plates/pipes in medium quality conforming to relevant BIS codes of required shape and size, welding anchoring legs not less than 12mm dia MS rods, placing in position in concrete while casting, including painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer as per drawing in line, level and plumb complete as directed. Note :- Anchoring Legs will be paid under relevant items

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, foundation bolts, through bolts etc. using MS rounds of make M/s Tata, Vizag Steel, Jindal or approved equivalent conforming to IS 432 and suitable nuts including threading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethelene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levels complete and as directed by EIC.

V. STONE MASONRY :

Random rubble stone masonry using approved local stones in foundations/pedestals and plinth at and at all depths below finished floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) including simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar, bond stones, curing, etc., using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116, complete as specified and directed. (Stones to be used from the site)

VI. BRICK MASONRY :

Brick work using quality flyash (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) at and at all depths below plinth level in foundation and in plinth, storm water drains, etc., simultaneous pointing with same mortar below ground level, and ranking out joints above ground level, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed for sub structure etc.,

Brick work using quality flyash bricks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 ) at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including pilasters, steel / tubular scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed in super structure.

Half brick masonry using non modular fly ash bricks of class designation 10, conforming to IS :12894 in partition walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) all depths and heights below and above plinth level including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc., complete including providing stiffeners of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, 115 mm x 75 mm size at every 900 mm height, necessary formwork, curing, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed but excluding reinforcement. Note:- Reinforcement will be paid under relevant item.

VII. PLASTERING AND POINTING :

Cement plastering 6 mm thick for ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 river sand) finished smooth finish with including hacking of concrete surfaces, preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.

Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 river sand) , and at all heights above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surfaces including making necessary grooves in between junctions of brick masonry and RCC and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface, preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.

Sand faced plaster 20 mm thick in 2 coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights above plinth level as given below with base coat in cement mortar 1:4 with approved integrated water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, of M/s. Fosroc/Demach/ Huntsman/ Pedilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT or as per manufacturer’s specifications, 12 mm thick and finishing coat in CM 1:3, 8 mm thick, final rendering, making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds as required, finished smooth internal putty(lapam) of Birla/Jk of not less than thickness 1mm(one) thicknes) double steel/tubular scaffolding wherever necessary, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.

VIII. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS :

Providing grouting (including tamping) for foundations, structures, equipments, base plates, anchor holes, etc., with non-shrink, free flow grout of conbextra GP2 of Fosroc or equivalent including shuttering wherever necessary at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level complete as specified and directed. note: Weight of grout used in the work will be measured for payment. However, the rate quoted shall inclusive of all materials.

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm of aerolite make or approved equivalent in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all Tsections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Gypsum board false ceiling of desired design, and finish consisting of : i. "Gypsteel ULTRA" or approved equivalent false ceiling frame system including CRP surface ribbed components such as ceiling sections (0.5mm thick, 80mm wide, @ maximum 457mm c/c, fixed to intermediate channels with connecting clip), Intermediate channels (0.9mm thick, 45mm wide, @ maximum 1220mm c/c, suspended from the soffit with ceiling angles (25x10x 0.55mm @ 900mm c/c maximum, GI cleat and steel fasteners), perimeter channels (0.5mm thick, 27mm wide, screw fixed to wall/partition at 610mm c/c), including all fasteners, angles, connectors, clips etc. all complete ii. Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge plain gypsum board conforming to IS 2095 screw fixed to ceiling sections with 25mm drywall screws @ 230mm c/c. Including jointing and finishing the boards for flush surface including filling and finishing with approved (as/ Manufacturer's recommendation) jointing compound, paper tape, finishing gap between wall and ceiling with POP, wire mesh , two coats of drywall top coat, providing necessary cut outs and finishing for electrical/ AC/ Other fittings, fixtures, providing vertical ceiling boards, necessary additional framing components for cutouts/ vertical surface etc, all complete for all heights. Note : Actual surface area (including vertical ceiling board area if any between false ceilings at various levels, excluding areas for cut-outs, openings etc.) of false ceiling shall be measured for payment.

Supplying & laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all acessories like socket bend, couplers etc, conforming to IS 14930 part II complete with fitting & cutting, jointing etc. in trenches complete as specified and directed

IX: DISMANTLING ITEMS:

Dismantling/breaking the existing plain cement concrete surfaces carefully in flooring, platforms etc. to the required size, using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including disposing of debris within a distance of 50 m etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling very carefully the existing reinforced cement concrete at all depths and heights below and above plinth level using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including cutting the reinforcement and transporting bars to departmental stores disposing the debris within the lead of 50 m complete as specified and directed

Making opening in RCC shear wall:- Dismantling very carefully the existing reinforced cement concrete walls of thickness 250mm & 300 MM at all depths and heights below and above plinth level using diamond cutting / pneumatic cutters or any approved means including cutting the reinforcement and transporting bars to departmental stores and further breaking the cocnretre blocks into smaller debris & disposing the debris within the lead of 50 m complete as specified and directed. NOTE :-Payment will be made as per elevational area of opening made in the wall.

Dismantling very carefully the existing Brick masonry in cement motor with plastering on both sides very carefully at depths/heights above/below plinth level by suitable methods including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacing of useful materials and disposing the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling very carefully the existing RR masonry below/above FFL at all depths and heights including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacking of useful materials and disposing the the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m etc., complete as specified and directed,

Dismantling very carefully the existing structural steel work at all levels in MS structural sections like angles, channels, MS plain/chequered plates, flats,MS gates etc., including scaffolding, cutting of structural steel members by gas cutters or by any approved method, removing the nuts, bolts etc., as required, lowering stacking the reusable material at site and transporting the material to Departmental stores etc., complete as directed

Dismantling manually by mechanical means Water Bound Macadaum /WMM road including stacking of servicable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtr lead as per direction of EIC
