Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulicexcavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m all kind of soil. As per HSR Item No. 4.14.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level :1 :4: 8 ( 1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 8 graded cum stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) As per HSR Item NO. 6.1.6

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 4 graded cum stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) As per HSR Item NO. 6.1.2

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over (BIS 15658:2006) and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. As per HSR Item No. 10.76

Structural steel such as tees, angles channels and R.S. joists ( ISMC 100 X50X5mm IS code 808:1989. wt 9.56kg/mtr ). As per HSR code No. B0942

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2 As per HSR Item NO. 9.22.2

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7 .5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor IV level in all shapes and sizes inCement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) As per HSR Item No. 7.22.1

0 mm thick cement plaster 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) As per HSR Item No. 11.4.2
