Servicing/Repairing of Radiators by way of cleaning the coils using jet of descaling compound and water jets. The Job includes replacement of defective fasteners etc along with complete fittings.

Servicing of Radiators by way of disconnecting the Radiator from Piping Circuit and cleaning the coils using jet of descaling compound and water jets.

Servicing of FCUs (Fan Coil Unit) High Wall Unit by way of cleaning of tubes by pressure jet / blowing the fins with high pressure air.

Replacement of the Refractory of 04 Lac Kcal/hr Hot water Generator. The job includes complete removal of old /damaged refractory and thorough cleaning of refractory surfaces/bases. Angle iron hooks /hold fasts shall be firmly welded to the refractory base wherever necessary. Collar of the top plate shall be repaired if required. Refractory shall be laid in fire crate Super brand castable refractory cement. The job also includes repairs to front plate of the boiler, Complete job includes the cost of material and labour .The old refractory has to be dumped in the nearest municipal waste dumping site.

Servicing of Hot Fire Tube Boiler by Opening of the 04 Lac Kcal/hr tube Boiler thoroughly cleaning fire tubes and removing the soot and carbon deposits. The inside of shell shall be cleaned by circulating through it a solution of Max clean descaling compound (approx. 25 kg) and water of required strength with the help of a pump. The solution is to be circulated from a tank / barrel / tray. Brushes, detergent, diesel / kerosene oil, dhoti cloth required shall be arranged and provided by the contractor. All other accessories of the boiler including burner gun, nozzles, electrodes, diffuser plate etc have to be dismantled and reassembled after servicing/repairs. The job includes replacement of all seals, gaskets, asbestos rope, asbestos felt, asbestos sheet, defective nuts and bolts etc. The tools, tackles required for the job and any other consumables shall be provided by the contractor

Servicing of Unigas Burner Assembly of Hot Water Generator (Thermax Make) by way of replacing choked nozzles, non functional photocell, replacement of damaged Oil Pressure Gauges, Cleaning of Fuel Injection Pipes. The Job includes replacement of wornout bearings and alibration of the Burner Assembly to meet specific requirement.

Maintenance of 7.5 HP Hot water circulation pumps. The job includes Complete dismantling of the hot water circulation pumps. The job includes providing and fitting of water seal, bearings, consumables, replacement of fast moving parts, repair of rotor assembly, varnishing of motor etc.

Maintenance of 1.5 KW Gear Type Oil Transfer Oil Pump by way of replacing bearings, check valves, seals, worn out gears and varnishing of Motor.

Providing and Fitting of of 15mm Brass Guide Valve for Hot Water Radiators.

Providing of Manpower (B18skilled labours) for operation of Central Heating System at DH Pulwama in shifts basis. (The bidder shall quote rate per perso per month. However, the allotment shall be issued for 4 months)
