S&F in repair framed work as in doors or gates of angle made out of FE 410-W Gde E-250 quality -A or other section with gusset plates, rails, fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plated fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed inclusive of 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after dismantling old unserviceable cross arms complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 150 watt LED flood light fittings having long life of high power LED with SMD LED exclusive innovative dia cast aluminium IP-66 built in IP-67 electronic driver with APFC, lower THD, open circuit protection, over voltage protection, surge protection up to 10KV with built in SPD & other safety as per IS-15885 part -2 ,Sec 13, IEC 60598-1 of operating voltage 140-270V avg life 50,000 hours complete manufacture prove all test certificate as per protection for minimum 2 years from manufacturing companies complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LED Street Light fixture of 70W with IP-66 protected die-cast aluminium housing and heat resistive toughened glass. LED shall be having LM-79 and LM-80 complied as per L-70 standard. Maximum power consumption shall not exceed 70/72W and system lumens shall not be less than 9,000. Optics shall be properly designed with Polycarbonate Lenses to avoid dark patches on the road. Street light without lenses will not be acceptable. Driver shall be 3 stage "Constant Current Constant Voltage" with voltage range of 150-270V AC. Output voltage of driver should be complied to Safety Extra Low Voltage norms not exceeding 60 V DC complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The item rate shall deem to include provision of weather proof PVC insulated aluminium conductor cable 2.5 Sqmm, 2 core as required. (ii) Contractor shall produce warranty certificate of association with LED manufacturer for minimum two years.

M&L for 40 mm bore or next suitable size ( for LED fittings) light grade GI bracket 1.20 mtr long bent to shape by cutting welding and well finishing including MS clamp of flat iron of size 25x5mm suitable length 2 nos complete for steel tubular poles with nuts bolts and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on MS clamp complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair junction box Triple Pole and neutral enclosure compression gland 2 with connector and clamp for pole mounting with two nos of nut bolt and washers and socket complete of size not less than 12"x10"x4" complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair flat cable flexible copper of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core, 1100 volt grading complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of vegetation surrounding transformer, two poles, four pole structure at various sub station / E&M installation and remove to a distance not exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing steel tubing GI light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection passing under Road/Floor or for fixing on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing steel tubing GI light grade 50 mm dia for cable protection passing under Road/Floor or for fixing on walls complete all as specified and directed.
