PROVN OF 01 X 58.5 KVA DIESEL GEN SET FOR AUDITORIUM AT FAZILKA MIL STN

Supplying and installing ,commissioning and testing complete of manufacturer or OEM (Original equipment manufacturer) manufactured and tested static diesel Engine driven Generating set ,radiator cooled,with AMF panel capable of delivering 58.5 KVA or nearest higher rating 415 volts AC 3 phase 4 wire system of supply frequency 50 Hz .The DG set shall consist of diesel engine coupled through flexible copling to matching alternator and mounted on foundation pads on common base frame in the CPCB approved acoustic enclosure (the complete set cinfirming to and test certificate as per CPCB IV+ norms and as specified) with AMF control panel standardised by manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed and comprising with the following :- Note:- Note: Rate for Plinth of DG set shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. Engine (Prime mover) : Diesel Engine 1500 RPM of suitable HP as recommended by manufacturer but not less than 74 BHP (at rated RPM), water cooled, 4 cylinder, inline, 4 stroke, confirming to ISO 3046/BS 5514 with turbo charged air cooled, 1x88 AH 12 Volts batteries start, mechanical FIP, Electronic Governor, pulse turned exhaust manifold , stainless steel exhaust flexible connection complete with flywheel and all standard fittings/fixture as per manufacturing practice including suitable engine control panel with tachometer lub oil temp and pressure gauge, water temp starter, dynamo, fuel tank, fuel and lube oil filter, Dry type replaceable paper element air cleaner etc. Alternator : AC alternator, Self excited, self-regulated, self-ventilated, brushless design, confirming to BS 2613/5000, 3 phase, 415 volts, 4 wire rated line current min 81.3 Amps output at PF 0.8, 1500 RPM, insulation class 'H' enclosure IP 23 complete with AVR with -+ 1% voltage regulation, directly coupled to and matched with engine. Anti Vibration pad for mounting engine alternator assembly on the base frame/plate. Base frame/plate made out of structural steel as per manufacturer's recommended design/specifications. The contractor shall supply following maintenance spare part and tool kit for the generator set:- (i) Fuel filter-02 Nos (ii) Lube oil filter- 01 Bis (iii) Air Filter- 01 No (iv) V belt- 02 Sets (v) Tool kit socket set-01 No (vi) DE Spanner set-01 No (vii) Ring Spanner set - 01 No (viii) Clamp meter- 01 No

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized strip 32 X 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to OH conductor on pole/ Panel/ main switch board etc all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including provision galvanized strip protected by 40 mm bore, light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including excavation & earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, charcoal, salt, funnel, GI strip and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured , electric power cables 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core

M&L for boring hole across the road/plinth/hard standing by trench less technology method suitable for up to 100 mm bore pipe for 0.4 mpa working pressure for cable passing without damaging Road/plinth/floor including 100mm pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, RCC/Steel tubular poles/stays and struts etc getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested , all as specified and directed at site.

Removal of excavated surplus material to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr away in layer n. exc. 25cm from the starting point all as direcet by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWCP), Non-metallic, resistance to compression : type 450, resistance to impact; normal, resistance to bending: pliable, resistance to external influence; ingress protection: IP 67, resistance against corrosion: without protection, resistance to flame propagation: non flame propagating, nominal outside diameter 90 mm minimum inside dia 76 mm conforming to IS-16205 (part-24) 2017 including necessary jointing material i.e snap fit coupler with rubber ring, sealing plug, tees, bend, angel bend etc for passing electrical cable up to 70 sqmm 3.5/4 core complete all as directed.
