Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons, cills etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tile 30cmX30cmX 20 to 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement siurry in floor with grey cement and pig ments over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick pre-cast cement concrete interlocking shot blasted, heavy duty mono layer paver block (coloured), machine pressed of approved size and shape laid and compacted with using vibrator complete all as specified & directed .

Material and labour for 50 mm thick sand cushioning for laying interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Granite tile of 20mm thick vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado, machine cut bedded and jointed with grey white cement slurry and pointed with white cement with add mixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying in vertical surfaces, complete all as specified and directed

S&F green marble 17/18 mm thick machine cut, jointing and pointing with white cement slurry including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in hardstanding, surface finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete.

M & L for Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 20 mm thick screed bed in cm (1:6) for laying floor fineshes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, as in floors over screed bed or bedding layer of morar 15 mm in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic colour tiles 300x200x5 to 7 mm thick as in skirting,dados, risers to steps,etc,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match tiles, over and including 10 mm thick rendering or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350mmx250mm x7mm / 450X350X7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cm (1:4) for laying floor fineshes complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L using ready mix plaster for rendering 20 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces with two coats i.e (15 mm thick backing coat and 5mm thick finishing coat) , finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Item rate shall be include any height of Bldgs for scafolding as all arrangement.)

M & L using ready mix plaster Rendering 8 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth including Sagol finish complete all as specified. (Note:- Item rate shall be include any height of Bldgs for scafolding as all arrangement.)

S&F in repair 12 mm thick vertical toughened glass as in door shutters / partition with including stainless steel SS-304 patch fitting fixed with Anchor fastner, each glass panes shall be exceeding 1.5sqm, but not exceeding 2 sqm each, all edges of glass shall be diamond polished of make as approved by GE.

S&Fin repair 30 mm dia stainless steel handle of 60 cm long and fixed to toughned glass as per manufacturer's instructions of make- Enox or equivalent make as approved by GE.

S&F in repair stainless steel glass lock fixed to toughened glass as per manufacturer's instructions of make-Enox or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Taking down aluminium doors shutters only and dismantling all members and reassembling the same with and including new screws, new rubber gasket, new aluminium beads & cleats of existing make and also refixng the handles & mortice lock in existing postiion with and including new screws including refixing the door shutters in same opening complete all as specified and directed. Note : If broken or unserviceable glass/aluminium wire mesh/floor spring/concealed lock is replaced same will be paid separately under relevant items.

Taking down aluminium windows shutters only and dismantling all members and reassembling the same with and including new screws, new rubber gasket, new aluminium cleats of existing make and also refixng the locks & roller in existing postiion with and including new screws including refixing the window shutters in same opening complete all as specified and directed. Note : If broken or unserviceable glass/aluminium wire mesh/floor spring/concealed lock is replaced same will be paid separately under relevant items.

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Square Metre each , removing from the site including cutting holes required for taking out existing hold fast etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tube top & bottom rail mild steel frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC “c” channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap inserted for top rail & bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the mild steel frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof pedding, sub floor surface finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L using ready mix plaster for rendering 10mm thickon roof top surface including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured separately

M&L for cleaning the new surfaces concrete with wire brushing and applying water proofing treatment as under:- (i) Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litre/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Litre at 25 degree cesius on the pepared dry roof surface. (ii) Laying torch applied APP polymer modified membrane 4mm thick with non-wooven ployster mat as reinforcement weighing n.less than 4.50 Kg/Sqm with white gravel/mineral finished by thermo fusion process all as decribed under particular specification The APP membrane shall be of:- (a) M/s Taxsa India Ltd Mumbai-'MOPLY FP OR (b) M/s Chemical Adhesive (P) Ltd-'Chemistic'OR (c) M/s STP-'Super Thermolay' OR (d) M/s India Ltd, Chennai-'Hyper Plus' or (e) M/s Percept Engrs Pvt Ltd, Kochi-POLYPLUS NOTE: The contractor will be permitted to use materials procured from any one of the manufacturer mentioned above. However , the materials for the entire work shall be of from one manufacturere only.

Complete removal of existing PVC tiles /sheets, of any description in any position including cleaning, wire brushing, watering, removal of debris upto 1500mtr distance complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for PVC tiles /sheets, of 2mm thick laminated plain coloured homogenous, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors all as specified and directed.

Removing Chipping ,removing carefully loose and broken concrete by chiselling ,low impact hammer /picking etc upto a depth of 80 mm or of complete loose portion from soffit of slab, column, beams and similar structural members, cutting edges, clearing the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc to remove dust, dirt and other foreign particles etc and washing with clean water with pressure including necessary scaffolding etc,and removal of debris to out of MD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Clean existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc. complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT of Krishna Conchem or Roff rust cleaner of Piddilite or Dr. Fixit Rust removal or ShaliRust of STP Ltd. on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wirebrushing to remove loose rust spalls, wash the rebars with clean water within 3 min and wipe it dry.

M&L for applying two coats of Epoy based Zinc primer in a span of four hours over the treated rebars and allow to dry for six hours. The application shall be by brush. Epoxy primer for steel of make / brand - Corroseal-ZR of Krishna Conchem or Dr. Fixit Epoxy zinc primer

M&L for cleaning all loose laitance on the concrete substrate and applying one coat of epoxy bonding agent on exposed concrete surface to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application. Make / brand Monobond SBR of Krishna Conchem or Dr. Fixit epoxy bonding agent or Shalicrete URP of STP Ltd.

M&L for rendering minimum 20mm to 40 mm thick polymer modified mortar in cemet mortar (1:3) with graded quartz sand with additive Monolith - PMM of Krishnaconchem or polymer mortar HB of Dr. Fixit or Shalifix RM SG 01 of STP Ltd. 15% by weight of cement in one coat with and including curing as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Providing and applying jacketing around columns with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete.Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.(Rates including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete)

M&L for applying concrete protection coating on finished structural members exposed to atmosphere make or brand IPNET of Krishna Conchem or New Coat from Dr. Fixit complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes. Works shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) In case crack upto 2mm wide, fix the injection nozzels directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/MS nozzels in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty & let it dry for 2 to 3 days. Also, seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty. (v) In case where the crack is wider than 2mm upto 4 to 5mm, drill holes at the sides of the crack in a staggered fashion, at intervals of 6 inches and affix them with epoxy putty as mentioned above. (vi) Also, seal the face of the carck with a liberal application of the epoxy putty.

M&L for Injecting of site mixed cement slurry grout, mixed in specified proportion containing cement, sand water with addition of plasticizers (approved make) & migratory corrosion inhibitors, water cement ratio shall be varied between 0.5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating cement slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy consistency ,Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled. Make / brand of Epoxy grout - Dr. Fixit Epoxy injection or EPCO KP-HP-250 of M/s Krishna Conchem or Shaligrout EI of STP Ltd.

M&L for Injecting low viscosity (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Including,Mixing of materialas:Mixing of material components(part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching.Grouting:Fill the grouting gun with concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/Protectsil CIT or Ferogard 903. Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor; maintain the pressureat exit(2 to 3kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles.

Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Injecting of site mixed cement slurry grout, mixed in specified proportion containing cement, sand water with addition of plasticizers (approved make) & migratory corrosion inhibitors, water cement ratio shall be varied between 0.5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating cement slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy consistency ,Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled. Make / brand of Epoxy grout - Dr. Fixit Epoxy injection or EPCO KP-HP-250 of M/s Krishna Conchem or Shaligrout EI of STP Ltd.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards or insulation boards, any thickness, any description, including cover fillets complete. (Note:- Item rate shall be include any height of Bldgs for scafolding as all arrangement.)

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid of size 600x600 mm frame work for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia GI ( upto 1200 mm length ) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC False ceiling consisting of 600 mm x 600 mm, 5 mm thick prelaminated self design PVC sheet of density 600 kg/cum solid PVC panel insert in a frame work made using aluminium T section of size (25mm x 25 mm, 19 gauge or 1mm thick) in square pattern of grid size of 600 x 600 mm. The aluminium frame work is supported from the ceiling with the help of GI wire/6 mm MS rods of required size sato maintain for proper level etc. The aluminium frame work is supported on side wall with the use of aluminium 25 mm X 25 mm angles complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge, Manufacturer's specification & drawing.

S&F false ceiling with Armstrong XL 24mm grid system of grid size 600x600mm with 14mm thick ceiling board of RH-90. Grid shall be suspended from ceiling using 4mm dia pre straighten GI wire with 6mm nylon rawl plug & screws at 1200mm intervals complete all as manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 4 mm thick asbestos cement plain building board fixed to aluminium grid frame work in ceiling all as specified and directed. (Note:- Item rate shall be include any height of Bldgs for scafolding as all arrangement.)

M & L for preparing asbestos & ceiling board surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Item rate shall be include any height of Bldgs for scafolding as all arrangement.)

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) in coping bed black etc including nessesary form work complete all as specified and directed.
