REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF STREET LIGHTS FITTINGS, HIGH MAST LIGHTS, HANGER LAPS, POST TOP LANTERN, TIMER SWITCHES AND CONNECTED WORKS AT AF STN PURNEA UNDER AGE (I) (AF) PURNEA

Routine weekly check up of all street lights/High Mast lights at Air force Purnea including technical area and taking down any unserviceable light, repairing minor repairs including changing flexible wires, removing carbon, cutting/relugging of cables or opening fitting, changing SPD Drivers etc. and refixing at the same location, complete all as specified and directed. Note : i).Contractor has to maintaining weekly serviceability record register and submit the same at the end of week as per APPX 'A' Attached all as directed by Engr-in- Charge. ii) Cost of .T&P/Vehicle/Boom Ladder required deemed to be included in the rate iii). Minor consumable items like lugs of suitable size, CRC spray & insulation tape deemed to be included in quoted rate. iv) Major items such as LED Street/Flood Light, LED drivers and SPD will be paid separately as "Supply Only". v) Penalty of Rs 500 shall be imposed for non-attending of street light per week.

Supply and fixing LED Post top lantern of 15 Watts, 240V, 50Hz, IP 65 made of black ABS plastic spigot, spun aluminium funnel shape with clear acrylic and all accessories such as integrated drivers pre-wired etc. suitable for gate light pipe, including taking down old unseviceable post top lantern, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Fixing charge deemed to be included in the rate quoted in item no. 1.00 above.

Supply only LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Fixing charge deemed to be included in the rate quoted in item no. 1.00 above.

Supply and fixing in repair in proper position MCB four pole of capacity 40 to 63A, 240 Volts, C-series with 10 kA breaking capacity, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating.

Supply only galvanised iron bracket for street light made out of 32mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' 1.5 mtr length bend in shape as required complete with MS flat iron clamp, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Fixing charge deemed to be included in the rate quoted in item no. 1.00 above.

All as per Item No. 6.00 but bracket made out of 25mm dia GI pipe 'medium grade', complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cable junction box with IP 67 protection (halogen free and weather proof) for outdoor installations of size 250 x 250 x 160 mm with terminals including SP MCB of 6 Amp, gland for cable, FI clamp of size 20x3 mm, nuts, bolts, washers, provision of connectors for connection of cables etc including taking down, complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- HENSEL / M/S SINTEX INDUSTRIES LTD / M/S C&S ELECTRIC LTD OR any equivalent make.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable 2.5 sqmm, three core 3 run and 2.5 sqmm earthing cable through GI tube of of 15mm bore dia for connection of street light on pole / wall from over head conductor / junction box / DB including termination clip etc. including taking down complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 06 Sqmm 2 core as per IS 7098 (Part I) laid in trench or on floor / wall/pole with suitable size clamp including connection with cable glands, aluminium lugs etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Excavation, Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. (ii) Cable route indicator of metal of height 600 mm above GL duly written "LT CABLE" on every 50 metre to be fixed with PCC (1:4:8), 150 mm below the GL , Cost of route indicator and PCC for fixing indicators to be deemed in this item rate.
