15mm thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick / concrete wall of mix 1:6 (1cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing 1st quality Digital glazed tiles 600x300mm conforming to IS: 1375 of specified thickness of approved make like KAJARIA / Somany / Jhonson or equivalent make in all colors, shades, except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer In Charge in skirting, riser of steps and dodos over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality Digital and Anti-skid glazed floor tiles 300x300mm / 600x600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming of IS :13755 of KAJARIA / Somany / Jhonson or equivalent make in all colors, such as white, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown or as approved by Engineer In Charge over 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete

Removing old damaged paint/touchwood and the like by using paint remover and blow lamp scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth incl; necessary repairs to scratches etc complete .

Polishing on wood work touch wood polish (Two or more coats) on new work including preparing of surface by cleaning and sand papering.
