Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metre (200 feet).

Providing wall putty on old surface with approved quality material of Berger/ J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats.AS PER PWD SOR 2022 662 NEW ITEM

Distempering (first coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar,Asian Paint after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreignmatters and also sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc.required for proper completion of the work. As in item (649) above but for every coat after the first coat.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 13.99.1 One or more coats on old work

Supply and fixing 6 mm. (¼") China white glazed tiles in flooring or in skirting or dado laid with 1:3 Cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete, including supply of all materials, labour and Tools and Plants.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Chequered terrazo tile 22mm thick (light shade) including 10% wastage carriage of tile
