Improvement works by Providing Aluminium partition for EEs office at MRT subdivision with allied Civil works in MRT Lab at Tuticorin.

Plastering in walls C.M.1:5, 12 mm thick including plasticiser at the rate of 100 ml per bag of cement, all other materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium Anodised partition glazed with 6 mm tk. Pinknitted glass using Aluminium box section 63.50 x 38.4 x 1.95 mm @ 1.094 kg / m section at vertical and horizontal members. The vertical members spaced at 1.00 m c/c and horizontal members spaced at about 0.65m c/c above brick 0.12 thk. partition wall upto roof ceiling with necessary glazing clips, rubber beeding, L angles with necessary making holes in Floors/walls and make good to the original condition after fixing the partition including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Supplying and fixing in position of Half door with swing type shutters with anodised aluminium sections 2mm tk. with standard specificatiions with 9 mm tk.particle board with all necessary fixtures, handles, hinges, rubber beeding, etc. including cost of fabrication charges, lead, lift, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Supply and fixing of 5A / 15A 3 pin combined flush type wall socket with 15A flush type switch on suitable TW box.

Supply and fixing of single box type 4' x 36 W flu fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box inflush with wall with 5A F.T. switch covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thk. with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC light point / fan point (For electronic regulator).

Wiring with 2 x 1.5sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated S.C. unsheathed cu. conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall & ceiling with PVC accessories with 150x100x113mm TW switch box in flush with wall with 3mm thk. hylem sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point.

Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved quality, brand & colour for inner wall surfaces over a coat of white cement with Alkali Resistant Distemper primer including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing White wash basin 550 x 400mm with all accessories such as cast iron brackets, 32 mm dia C.P waste coupling, rubber plug & chain, 32mm dia. B class G.I waste pipe, 15mm dia. G.M wheel valve, 15mm dia. nylon connection, 15mm dia. brass nipples, 15mm C.P pillar tap, etc. including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Supplying & fixing of 32mm dia G.M. gate valve (ISI make) including cost of all labour charges, lead, lift, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
