Strengthening and Repair of Parks and Green Belt of Majhola Yojna 4 Phase 2 Moradabad under Infrastructure Fund.

Excavation in foundation by manual means in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.(including all material ,labour ,T&P required for the proper completion of the work.)

Concrete with 40mm Gauge approved Stone ballast coarse sand of 2.20 - 3.60 F.M and cement in proportion of 8 : 4 : 1 in foundation and under floors (including all material ,labour ,T&P required for the proper completion of the work.)

M-150 brick work in 1:6 ( One cement and six coarse sand of 1.50 - 2.00 F.M mortar) in foundation and plinth (including all material ,labour ,T&P required for the proper completion of the work.)

Cement concrete with 2cm guage approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 (including all material ,labour ,T&P required for the proper completion of the work.)

M-150 class brick work in 1:6 cement coarse sand of 1.50 - 2.00 F.M mortar in super structure in one brick thick wall (230 mm) including necessary cutting and moulding of brick as required (including all material ,labour ,T&P required for the proper completion of the work.)

Providing & Fixing of precast cement concrete jali 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand (Zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size), including reinforced with 8 mm dia steel reinforcement for each memeber including centering and shuttering, roughening , cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) etc complete, as per attached drawing. 70 mm thick jali (including all material ,labour ,T&P required for the proper completion of the work.)

12 mm Thick plaster with one part of cement and four part of approved coarse sand (including all material ,labour ,T&P required for the proper completion of the work.)

Add for extra labour and materials for plaster over rough surface of one brick thick wall (including all material ,labour ,T&P required for the proper completion of the work.)

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coats to give an even shade including preparing surface by the throughly cleaning & sand preparing and supply of all materials,T&P & labour, required for proper completion of work and for each coat of water proof paint after the first two coat to give even shade.(including all material ,labour ,T&P required for the proper completion of the work.)

clearance of grass including up rooting of rank vegetation grass, and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 M.Outside the periphery of area cleared.(including all material ,labour ,T&P required for the proper completion of the work.) .
