M&L milling the bituminous pavement surfaces upto a depth of 30 mm using milling machine to make a uniform surface without disturbing the base and cleaning the milled surface including cost of all labour charges and hire charges of machineries etc complete including stacking the milled material on the side of road/where directed including all leads & lift as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:After milling, the loose portion shall be filled with Bituminous Mecadem).

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam with viscocity grade paving bitumen (VG-30), at minimum 4 % by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50 mm or less) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming /tack coat with cationic bitumen (RS-1) @ 2.5Kg/10 Sqm for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparing black top surface surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous prime at 10kg per 10 sq metre including applying bituminous premix dense asphaltic concrete (DAC), 30mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-30 grade ) by hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver,rolled with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in execution of work under this item on plus side. However price adjustment shall be made for less quantity of binder content.

Removing old paint by paint removers or burning of by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth.

M&L for preparing bitumious surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n.exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers' instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Adequate No of coats Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters,etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, acqua/water based white or golden yellow of old/new surface all as per manufacturers' instructions complete all as specified and directed.
