Replacement of existing 63 KVA Electric transformer and automatic control panel alongwith allied electro mechanical components of Tube Well Chandu Chak

Job includes replacement of 63 KVA Electric transformer Tube well at CHANDU CHAK by way of dismounting 63 KVA Electric transformer form its installed position and providing and fitting of new 63 KVA Electric transformer on existing station. The job also includes proving and fitting of 3 no. disc insulator, D.O set 1no., tri vector set and creation of fuse box with allied fitting and providing of new cabling from fuse box to transformer and all cable 35mm sq 3.5 core from fuse box to voltage stabilizer and other connections with proper thimbling. The job also includes proving and fitting of 01 no. fully automatic star delta starter of L&T make suitable for upto 60 HP 3-phase squirrel cage motor, with MN-5 relay of range of 66-110 Amp. having built in single phasing and overload protection. The starter must have 03 nos. ML6 contractor of L&T makes. The starter must be in sheet-steel enclosure with IP540 protection. An electric timer must be fitted to perform the star delta change over function and single phase and reverse phase protection. The starter must have voltmeter and ampere meter with regulator switch for all the three R,Y AND B phase fixed on it. There must be push buttons for start and stop. There must be two red and green indicators on the starter. The starter is to be fitted on the panel board by drilling holes and using and using nuts and bolts. The job includes the cost of material, fixation labour and transport charges. The job also includes providing and fitting of 200 AMP, 415 volt, main switch and bus bar of reputed make. The job includes cost of material, fixation, labour and tpt charges and testing it on full load.
