Supply, installation, Testing, Commisioning of Oil Cooled, Copper wound, Step down transformer of Capacity 400 KVA plinth mounted indoor type with latest feature complete with standard fitted HT 11 KV 3 phase, LT 433 V 3 phase 4 wire,50 C/S oil immerese, naturally cooled externally cooling tube delta connection on primary HT 11 KV side and star connection on secondary LT 433V with tapping at + 2.5 %to + 5 % & + 7.5 % on HV side and to be changed by means of hand operated off load/ tap changing gear including first filling of new transformer oil of dilectric strength not less than 55 KV with all fitting and accessories such as LT box with gland, HT box with gland, Silica gel,breather, Oil level indicatorgauge, drain out valve (oil tank),exhaust vent, air release valve, temp gauge, cast iron wheel etc comply with EEL 3, IS 1180 2014 with amendment 1,2 & 3 or EEL 2 IS 1180 2014 with amendment 1,2,3 & 4 effective after 30.03.2022 having total loss at 50% load 1080 W and at 100% load 3214 W complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge . Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for sand cushioning with dry coarse sand to under ground cable below and around after laying the cable jointly punning down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

Supply and lay reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class HV type 1 flat size 300 x 180 mm x 40mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250 x 150 mm x 40mm all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring hole across the Road/plinth/hard standing by trench less technology method suitable for 100mm bore pipe for 0.4 mpa working pressure for cable passing without damaging Road / Plinth /Floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L GI pipe light grade 80mm bore for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nut of approved size for HT 25x20cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Chemical Earthing based on 3 meters long GI earth pipe C grade as a electrode 50mm bore duly fixed with connector at top for connection of copper strip 32 x 6mm riveted/nut bolt after 12 mm boring. The Electrode is surrounded by mixture of TERRA GEL 20 kg and TERRA ECO 22Kg Chemical compund powder including providing of pit cover heavy duty plastic of suitable size all as per manufacturer specification complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rate included for Testing commissioning including checking of earth continuity and earth result complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Bidder are bound to get earthing result less than 1 ohm. If the result of earthing not achieved less than 1 ohm by one earthing then another additional earthing will be provided by the contractor as bi-pot including interconnecting with copper strip of same configuration at no extra cost to achieve test result as specified and all as directed by Engr-in -charge. (iii) Rates for copper strip of size 32x6 mm up to 7.5 RM will deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iv) GI earth strip beyond 7.50 Mtr shall be measured and paid Separately under relavent items

M&L GI strip of size 32x6mm buried in ground and connected one end to electrode terminal and other end to terminal box with suitable size of GI nut, bolt & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Taking Down old existing BER distribution Transformers and shifting to MES Store Yard safely complete all as specified and as directed for desposal action.

Material and Labour for repair of broken or damanged plinth of existing transformers by using Bricks, Brickwork with sub- class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, old size bricks bedded in jointed in sub pointed Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on brick surface in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
