Earthwork in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil within 50 m initial lead and 1.5 m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth including cost and conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer In Charge.

Supplying, Filling sand in foundation & plinth well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, taxes, royalty of sand, labour & T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer In Charge.

Cement Concrete (1:4:8) by using 40 mm size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality and form approved quarry including lowering laying concrete, watering and curing etc. complete for required levels laid in layers including cost and conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work including watering & curing, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer In Charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (M20 grade) with 20mm & down graded size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including centring, shuttering, lowering, laying concrete, watering and curing etc. complete for required levels laid in layers including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of labour, T&P,Labour Welfare cess @1% required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction for the Engineer In Charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing MS round/ deformed/ tor steel HYSD bar reinforcement of only approved manufacturing companies of approved grade of required diameters of approved quality complete in proper position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing Fly Ash brick masonry work in using 230 mm X 110 mm X 80 mm (with dimensional tolerance of ± 2% ) Fly Ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. / sq cm, mortar of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) (Using Branded Cement), immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hrs in water before use, with all necessary projections, splay cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc., including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants,etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer In Charge.

At superstructure

12 mm cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) to outside including necessary scaffolding curing etc. in Foundation and Superstructure as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

16mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) to inside of brick walls surface after racking out the joints Curing and watering with all cost etc.complete

6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to CC surface including closed deep chipping and cleaning to C.C. surface to receive cement plaster,watering and curing etc.complete with cost,conveyance,royalities,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete.

Finishing walls with priming 1 coat with any approved primer complete as per the direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Wall Paintaing 2 coat with water proofing weather coat paint of approved shade on new work to give even shade ats outside including cost of paint.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials includin watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer- in- charge. 2/3 rate of respective item of work.
