Before commencement of work, approval shall be obtained from the GE (ii) Service Engineer shall visit minimum once in a month to every panel and take serviceability certificate duly signed by the user. (iii). Each maintenance job shall be covered period of 09 Months

Comprenesive maintenance and repair including renewal/replacement of defective parts of all existing Electrically operated motorised double leaf sliding gate at Tech gate and Ops gate including finding out any defects through Authorised Original Equipment Manufacturer's Service Centre Engineers or through OEM Certified Agencies as approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed and making the system functional by replacing/ repairing the defected parts to the entire satifcation of the Engineer-in-charge. Note : Spares required for the maintenance shall be deemed to be included in quotated rate only PCB shall be measured and paid seperately .
