SITE CLEARANCE Manually removal of vegetation (major trees, climbing plants, creepers) from walls, columns, arches, floor etc in a skilled and careful manner, using appropriate tools and means and without causing any damage to the adjoining parts, including carrying and stacking the dismantled materials including lift/lower upto 11mtrs and lead upto 50 mtrs as directed by the engineer or architect in charge. The exposed surfaces will be coated with a paste made from ammonium sulphamate crystals or with "Tree killer" available in market. In this condition the root system may be left to absorb and die. Large sections of dead wood must not be left within the core. As they decay they will remove support and create voids and weaknesses in the wall. Pull off a well‐established mat of vegetation must be resisted. Tamping, grouting, pointing and resetting of brick / stones especially on wall top, must all be anticipated as remedial work..

SITE ENABLING WORKS Erecting scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior/ interior side of building/structure, up to 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per equirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platfoRm etc. and taining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc wherever required, with essential safety features for the workmen/officials etc, complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Propping with steel to support the leaned structure ( roof and wall) using pipes, channels, angles, girders , wooden wages to prevent further leaning/ collapse

DISMANTLING & DEMOLISHING WORKSDemolishing loose, Damaged lime concrete and disposal of material within 50 Meter lead,as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Raking out joints of brick or stone masonry surface to the required width and depth, with due care and precaution, by mechanical / manual means, including preparing and cleaning the surface for re-plastering/ re‐pointing/ refilling of joints, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metre lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
