M & L for taking down/dismantling of unserviceable Air termination of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Air termination single pointed copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing Air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down/dismantling of unserviceable test point terminal block of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down carefully loose / hanging / de-shaped strips of any size and type including unserviceable insulators etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Taking up/Dismantling of U/S Earthings any type complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Earthing complete using copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode and 20x3 mm copper strip as earthing lead buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to 20x3 mm copper strip thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of copper all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of soil incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, complete all as specified and directed at site .

M&L for Earth continuity conductor fixed to wall or recess or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 20x3mm copper strip complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm ×60 cm × 6mm thick and 32x6 mm GI strip as earthing lead buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of soil incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, complete all as specified and directed at site .

M & L for bore well earthing by drilling bore with bore machine for lightening protection system using GI pipe heavy duty 50 mm dia as earth electrode driven up to a depth of 50 meters below ground level, duly made holes at 20 cm intervals, along the length of GI pipe and providing the charcoal salt mixture incl GI pipe 150 mm dia light grade as protection upto a depth of 12 meters and GI strip of 32x6 mm so as to acheive desired earth results. Testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed . (Earth strip of size 32x6mm upto a length of 7.5m is deemed to incl in this item rate).

M&L for Earth continuity conductor fixed to wall or recess or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Taking up/Dismantling of U/S Earth Continuity conductor any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing any type poles alongwith damaged /broken air termination and its mounting clamps etc. and earth work complete all as specified and directed . NOTE- (i) Rates includes demolition of concrete and making good complete.

Material and labour for prestressed cement concrete poles 11 M long of size 152x152 mm at top and 152 x 260 mm at bottom class-9, conforming to IS-1678 including fitting of air termination and mounting clamps etc. complete all as specified and directed . NOTE- (i) Air termination rod, Earth Strip, earth continuity conductor etc will be measured and paid under respective item of Schedule.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole /struts/stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/copping including necessary frame work ,fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete form, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for GI tubing light grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of strip on pole/wall and under road crossing including claps, nut bolt etc all as specified and directed of size 40mm dia.

Supply and fixing watering pipe filter/ funnel on existing earthing complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC earth chamber (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover on existing earthing complete all as specified and directed.
